Cheryl has been excellent and kept us…

Cheryl has been excellent and kept us fully informed of the feedback after every viewing. We have ten viewing in total from placing the property onto the market and within one day we had our first viewer. Things got slack during June and we only had one viewing, but enter July and we had seven plus second viewings in as many days. But Cheryl was always optimist and was reassuring when l thought was l missing a trick of why the property wasn't moving. Thanks for everything Cheryl.

Was very happy with Whitegates from the very beginning. Chris at the Huyton branch came to value the house and there was no bull. Straight answers and left me his card if I wanted to get in touch. Not like other companies hounding me everyday. Whitegates was actually cheaper than the competition and they did an outstanding job. I’d like to thanks Chris, Cheryl and Barbara for their professionalism and good communication. Your in safe hands with these. Barbara was amazing and kept me up to date where she could and even helped badgering solicitors to get their arses into gear. If I sell my house again I’d be giving Whitegates a call. Hopefully the same people work their 😀 I can’t thank them enough.

I am very happy I end up with this Agency. I heard a lot of bad stories about other agencies I was a bit afraid to buy a house here.I was looking for a property to buy in Liverpool close to my family. I found a house what I really loved from the beginning and I met Cheryl there. Since then , Cheryl was really helpful and kind with me we talked a lot of times over the phone or by email. She was always happy to help me even if I emailed Her a lot of times to ask a lot of questions about everything. I was in the process of searching for a property and I approached Cheryl regards a property in Page moss lane.Unfortunately I missed out on the property due to my own fault , But I do have to say even tho I have not gone through white gates I can’t recommend Cheryl enough, she had been so helpful and given me advise and been asking how I am getting on which I find that level of service commendable.I have had better service if Cheryl than the Estate Agent I have used.I would recommend future buyers to go and see Cheryl and get the best service possible.

Barbara was very attentive and pleasant to deal with on all occasions. Professional, polite and on top of everything, I felt very confident everything was in hand when I spoke to her. Really impressed with whitegates

Really impressed with whitegates, in particular Amanda at the huyton branch who really helped me with the purchase of my perfect home. Kept me updated, reassured me and was really routing for me to get the house. I would recommend to use whitegates, there is a fee, but compared to the free estate agents my sale and purchases are more stress free as they do a lot of the chasing and question asking themselves.

Jessica and the team at Whitegates were professional from the word off. They kept us fully up to date with everything that was happening and made sure they were courteous and helpful throughout listing our property. The photographs and write up of our house were amazing and in our opinion made our house look exactly how we wanted potential buyers to see it. For personal reasons we decided not to remove our property from the market. Whitegates made sure that this was done smoothly and efficiently and fully understood our situation. We will definitely be coming back to Whitegates when we decide to sell. Thanks again!!!

Would never use this company. Didn't get in to my property until 5:30pm on the day when they should have been out at 1:00pm. I understand this is out of Whitegates control but the seller advised us Whitegates had never advised them a time. When phoning Whitegates to see if this was true they said the sale had gone through and was nothing they could do, we would have to wait. As Whitegates close at 5:00 on a Friday we were panicking that we would not get the key if the people did not move out before 5. We phoned our solicitor who phoned Whitegates to see what was happening. As the time was just after 5:00pm, Barbra said it was not here problem as she finished at 5:00pm and slammed the phone down. Absolutely disgusting. Would never buy a house, or sell with them. In the end we spoke to Cameron Mkenzie who knew the seller as they were buying their new house from them. They sorted it all and even stayed late to make sure everything was ok. I have never written a review before but due to the very poor way this branch dealt with everything feel it is necessary. Good luck if you use this company. They are lucky google make you give at least one star.
