FacebookOur Friend recommended Sarah Mercer the mortgage broker at Efs working with Thomas Morris after his house purchase, she was lovely from start to finish. We would definitely recommend Sarah and look forward to hearing from her when our fixed rate ends. GoogleI was very worried about renting out my house and what to expect but Scott and the rental team have been absolutely brilliant throughout. Possible tenants were found very quickly and shortlisted and chosen without fuss. I’ve been kept up to date with developments at every stage so always felt in control. I’d recommend in a heartbeat.

Just found them awful to deal with. The referencing system they use has no personal contact. It doesn’t have an option to show your rent payments to date or your guarantors details or all of your income. However they will find it easy to take your deposit but difficult to give it back. Still waiting……
