GoogleGenerally, the staff are helpful and efficient. However, the system for communicating with the Land Registry is, in reality, a system to discourage you from trying to do so. Firstly, it may ask for a reference even though you haven't been given a reference (and I don't mean a title number.) Then it requires you to register or tweet your issue. The phones are only answered during restricted hours and the phone numbers are kept secret. In a world without phones, they'd be world beaters.
