Spoke has been a great tool for marketing our properties. An example of this is a recent block of land which had been on the market for 120 days. To give the property a lift we launched a $100 Spoke campaign across Facebook & Instagram on a Friday and by the following Tuesday we had over 7,500 impressions 6 enquiries and two offers, one of which was a cash buyer resulting in a fantastic outcome for our vendor. Although we can’t say for sure that the leads came from Spoke its unique timing with the campaign launching and the spike in interest the property received over the following days. I would have no issue in recommending Spoke to anyone looking to use Social Media to market their properties because if you can turn on a computer you can launch a spoke campaign, it’s that easy!

As a Real Estate agent you are looking to maximise the potential and reach of a listing, as efficiently and affordable as possible. Spoke has done this for me with ease. It is extremely user friendly, easy to set-up and manage campaigns, and for me the targeted marketing through social media is proving very effective. I had a call from a buyer in Sydney who saw a Spoke ad in his feed of one of my listings. He had never heard of the area I operate in and had little idea of where it was. But with his desire to leave Sydney in the wake of Covid, he contacted me and has shown serious interest. Without Spoke Digital Marketing I would never of reached him. I am a severely disabled pensioner and although i live in London, my house is in London yet i have to try to get help from Swansea.My disabilities, age, and equality act make no difference to one member of staff he just repaeats like a robot his function in a government department. There is not sign of any interest. As a result i do not get answers to the questions i need to know and it takes so long to get answers. He seems to think that because f where he works he is superior when i suggest contacting the CEO he replies you can it will make no difference. I worked for 50 years to pay this person to become a robot

I've used SPOKE for a bit under a year now and in my opinion, Spoke truly are the local leaders in digital advertising for today's Real Estate agents/agencies. Combining a powerful product which covers multiple advertising networks (unlike MOST other competitors) with an easy-to-use and understandable interface, live advert previews and real-time metric reporting - I don't know why you'd look elsewhere. I highly recommend Spoke as a product not only after using it so long myself, but also when comparing it to the products of numerous other companies who offer a similar thing. Spoke hands down wins in every way: Better bang for buck, better advertisement design, better UI, better metric reporting, better network coverage and an important factor, the ability to customise campaign cost and duration - A very important thing when VPA is hard to come by. In addition to the already wonderful features Spoke offers, their development of new features and considerations has been swift and impressive - I'm really looking forward to what other points of difference can be offered by this company as more features come into play.
