GoogleAlthough sometimes a little slow returning calls, in general I found the team polite, friendly and professional. Savanna in particular was very good and 'on the ball' when obtaining and relaying information when the sale of our property stalled due to frequent and unnecessary stalling further down the chain. I would recommend Wm Brown to friends and family.

GoogleNot helpful in solving issues that existed before the contract was signed. Still fighting to get issues resolved. Overall impression was one of a company who were only interested in collecting the rental money. Customer service was lacking.

GoogleWHB provided an excellent service under complicated circumstances. In a dynamic market, the advice provided was timely and accurate. I am sure any agency could have assisted us in normal circumstances, but Brown's stood up to the plate when we needed them.
