She took the time to print out information so that the visually impaired lady I care for, was able to be involved in the process. When we attended a viewing she escorted us around the property, pointing out features that may have gone unnoticed otherwise. This is in contrast to other viewings we have attended recently, where we are left to walk around the property, we prefer being guided and feel a more hands on approach is better, in our opinion. Aby is highly recommended by us for her approach to customer service. 5*
