GoogleI’ve been working alongside Hannah hussain, she’s been so supportive through my first time of buying a house, every time I’ve contacted her, she’s been straight to answer my texts/phone calls and guided and explained every details what I have todo honestly can’t thank her enough. GoogleWriting this review is really difficult as I can not express my gratitude enough for the sale of my house & the purchase of my new home. I still cannot believe how quickly they sold my house. I also received more than I expected to for it. All of the staff have been really helpful & friendly. Google5 STARS ON ALL COUNTS: Having used the services of several estate agents over the years, Wigwam homes offers by far the Best all-round selling package. Equally important, a top-notch family business. In my case, David and James where professional, helpful / friendly through-out the sale of our property. GoogleI rented a house from this company 5 years ago. They have recently contacted my friend who was a guarantor for me, saying i was to be found gone from the property and left over £ 2,500 in damages. I ended my tenancy and took the keys into the office. It is ridiculous what they are saying. The things they have billed me for are repairs that i kept reporting to them to be fixed. I reported the house for mold and damp, they just repainted it and now they are charging me for the damp saying i must of keep the long curtains drawn all day. The garden was overgrown when i moved in, they said they would clear it they never did. They have charged me for that too i did it myself. I know for a fact the house was left unoccupied for 2 to 3 years after i moved out. I only moved in it under the conditions it was in due to my marriage breaking down and i had myself and 4 kids to rehouse a.s.a.p. I will be taking this matter further.
