I decided to use wigwam as they seemed to be a professional company with positive reviews, however i found that in my experience i was not receiving the experience expected or with the promises they made, maybe a one off, however this has delayed me and caused me alot of inconvenience. Communication was terrible, I did accepted an offer, i then inputted an offer on a house i wanted, 7 days later i was informed by the agent that the lady who wanted to buy my house wasn’t in a position to make the offer resulting in the offer been withdrawn, and my offer also, I am no expert but all the checks should have been carried out before she allowed the client to make the offer, The agent started talking BS when I challenged her on this, and tried to confuse me with this that and the other and tied herself in knots, but i saw right through it all, there was also an abundance of Sunday viewings with the viewers not turning up? It all started to smell a bit fishy and I started to lose the trust in the agent. I felt she was playing games,not been honest, and not been proactive. I had a feeling she just didn’t care, like it was a problem to her ? I personally will not recommend, i am sure there is excellent staff at wigwam but this agent wasnt one of them unfortunately…..

After signing tenancy agreement and paying the fees they cancelled my application. Even though Lea accepted and later David changed everything on tenancy agreement illegal by law after signing this cannot be altered (you can be sued for this).They are the worst people and have the worst service they just want to rip you off and play with you. Very unprofessional and bad management stay away and don't go to them.

Do not rent off this company! I am disabled and they left me living with a faulty boiler and house full of damp which left me in hospital numerous of times! They refuse to treat the damp and repairs. We eventually left the property and refused to give our deposit back and made accusations of damage which wasn’t there when we left! Worse company just a couple of photos

Avoid avoid avoid!!! You will be very very disappointed if you rent with wigwam homes sadly me and my family found out the hard way by renting from them. Didnt want to do repairs and when eventually done they where done by cowboys to a very low standard. All they care about is making money.
