I enquired with a couple of agents but Jon at Wigwam immediately made me feel at ease with the selling process. Their fees were really reasonable, they helped keep us in the loop with pur listing and sale and they were always really quick at responding to any questions. Claire was absolutely brilliant, she's so lovely and nothing was too much trouble, she was great at managing and liaising between us and our buyers. Overall really glad we chose Wigwam, not planning to move again but if we did I'd be happy to go back to Wigwam!

Wigwam sold our house, they were incredibly efficient at listing and arranging viewings. When we had issues with buyers that were beyond their control, wigwam dealt with these quickly and offered us a lot of advice and reassurance. They also went above and beyond to ensure we knew how to communicate with other professional bodies (and make sure we were not pressured by anybody else throughout the process). They made a very stressful experience a lot easier. A special thanks to Claire, Alex and Jon!

It didn't start smoothly, not helped as Wigwam went to new owners shortly after signing my contract. Any concerns raised, Jack Newton quickly resolved what was in his gift to do so. Thanks Jack! Good on there word!! Valuing Wigwam came to value our house within a timely manner, showed a keen interest in our house. The team took the time to discuss selling strategies and evidence as we were looking for a quickish sale. Took the time to answer all our questions. Photos Photos of our house we're a really good representation and were quickly uploaded to various websites Viewings We decided upon doing some viewings ourselves with the Wigwam team undertaking the bulking durring the working week. We were suitably informed of times they were attending the house and who with. Offers Within 9 days we had multiple serious offers!! Sale Progression. The sales progressor (Claire) was in contact atleast weekly, helping progress with our sale and purchase were possible. Claire's persistence with chasing kept things moving. We honestly could not have done it without Claires support and advice. Overall The Wigwam team are organised, friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Didn't over promise and didn't under deliver!! We had put in an offer on a house in November2024 the offer had been accepted then 4 days later after we returned home early from a wedding to sort out the mortgage etc the home owner who turned out to be the director/owner of wigwam homes withdrew the acceptance because he had received a cash offer. Did not care about the money we had already paid out for mortgage brokers or surveys which we had to then spend hours trying to get back to add insult to injury he did not even have the minerals to call us himself he got one of his minions to do it. Feel sorry for the people who work under this person doing his dirty work as I'm sure they do the best job they can whilst working for this money grabbing tyrant. If you choose this company remember the money is all that matters not morals principles or customer service. would recommend anyone who is thinking about using this company to buy or sell a home to run a mile.

Brilliant service, applied for my home to be valued for sale. David at Wigwam home got in touch with me at 20:30pm the same evening and booked us in with him to do a house valuation. Quick process with signing on, to photos of the home, to the house being online for sale. House was on the market for three days and was sold immediately. David personally helped us with the paperwork side of selling our property and buying our new property which put me and my partner at ease. We personally couldn’t thank David and the Wigwam team enough for what they have done for us in the next chapter of our lives.

Really impressed with this company, Jenny was so helpful organising a quote for a bathroom refurbishment and helping me with the design. She got a great team to come and do the work within only a couple of weeks. Were as I had been waiting months to even hear back from other companies. I am really pleased with the finished result. Terrible! DO NOT RECCOMEND! David (the owner) has terrible customer service. Worst experience with a letting agent I have ever dealt with! David was patronising, called us liars, pressured us into putting in an application in straight away. He also asked to come around to our (then) current property - I have never been asked this by any other letting agent. It was also made very clear if we declined this that we would no longer be able to put an application in in the property. We have since found a property through an excellent and reliable estate agent. It's very clear now that Wigwam homes are not a professional estate agents, but more of a circus. I would recommend going anywhere but here for any property needs!

When Wigwam initially came to value the house, they explained why they thought auction was the preferred option. When the time came to sell, Wigwam effectively and fully explained how the auction worked, confirming my understanding. They took over the viewings, initiated contact with the auctioneers and kept me fully informed of each viewing and at each stage. They were very considerate of my health issues, treating me with respect each time we spoke. They effectively took over everything to do with the sale, I had to do nothing except what was required from the auctioneers and solicitors. Wigwam are professional, respectful and actively proactive in selling property in a way best suited for the client and the property involved.
