GoogleDo not rent from this conning company. Took 1 month for them to look at the property and send me information about what us wrong with the property. Considering this us on Dorset street and we left it cleaner and tidier when moved out compared to when we moved in. They have made up a list of stupid made up faults and charged over the top prices . IE screw holes filled and painted £20,empty brown bin £15. Considering we left it out to be collected by the bin men. How can they charge for something that is payed for by my council tax. They are also threatening if we don't pay what is owed after the deposit ( in total £230) then they will get the solicitors involved. Only given 7 days to pay. Stay away if you want your full deposit back.

GoogleReally positive experience with Wigwam can't complain about anything!! Really attentive and good at communicating. Hannah Hussain was amazing! She couldn't do enough and was fab at explaining each step of the process to a first time buyer.

GoogleTAKE YOUR MONEY AND RUN. Absolute shower of shite.. arrogant staff, rude abrupt phonecalls. They didnt find our buyer, we found our own buyer, came to our property put a board up never to be heard from again untill the sale had gone through 3 months later.. calling us threatening to take legal action against us on the day we were moving because we'd missed a couple of there phonecalls. ended up paying in full for in my opinion putting an ad on the internet. DO NOT USE. DO NOT USE. DO NOT USE

GoogleI have been a tenant with this landlord for 9 years and have never experienced any problems. They have always been very responsive to any repairs and acted upon them efficiently and accommodating to reflect my work hours. The properties are of a high standard with regular and thorough gas inspections as per legal requirements. The landlord listens to his tenants and is always open to ideas of improvements to the property and is happy to assist wherever possible. I have heard many horror stories when it comes to landlords but I can confidently say that this is not one of them and I would highly recommend Wigwam Homes to anyone.

GoogleWigwam Homes have looked after my 9 rental properties in Hull, for over 8 years and I can’t praise them enough. Whist maintaining a very high occupancy rate, they have put a lot of effort into creating a comprehensive and stringent, vetting and selection process. This means that the tenants I get, are the tenants I want. Not, bad payers, property wreckers or anti-social, all of which I have had before. They carry out regular property checks and keep me fully aware of any maintenance needs, selecting best quotes where required and supervising the work. I am happy to recommend them. An excellent company.

GooglePlease people do not use Wigwam Homes, they advertise that a typical sales takes 4-8 weeks, well here we are 13 months on and still no sale as yet. They also recommended a solicitor whom may I add was terrible as well. David the owner has not been co-operative with us in the slightest as the sale hasn't gone how they would like. The only plus side to Wigwam homes is they put their hands up to it, but in no way tried to rectify the issue... Any questions and we will be happy to answer your concerns...

GoogleI've been renting a home from this company for 9 years now and I can say that they are the best letting agents I've ever used: repairs are dealt with quickly, rent increases have been fair and the office staff I've dealt with have always been wonderful. I will always try to stay with this company if we ever move as, for me, they've always done an amazing job.

GoogleVery good service , lovely staff , only improvement for me would be communication , early on in the sale i was asked repeated questions, I was also told I would only be dealing with 1 person , I never spoke to that person again till the end, it wasnt an issue but to be told it was unusual. overall very good.

GoogleI decided to use wigwam as they seemed to be a professional company with positive reviews, however i found that in my experience i was not receiving the experience expected or with the promises they made, maybe a one off, however this has delayed me and caused me alot of inconvenience. Communication was terrible, I did accepted an offer, i then inputted an offer on a house i wanted, 7 days later i was informed by the agent that the lady who wanted to buy my house wasn’t in a position to make the offer resulting in the offer been withdrawn, and my offer also, I am no expert but all the checks should have been carried out before she allowed the client to make the offer, The agent started talking BS when I challenged her on this, and tried to confuse me with this that and the other and tied herself in knots, but i saw right through it all, there was also an abundance of Sunday viewings with the viewers not turning up? It all started to smell a bit fishy and I started to lose the trust in the agent. I felt she was playing games,not been honest, and not been proactive. I had a feeling she just didn’t care, like it was a problem to her ? I personally will not recommend, i am sure there is excellent staff at wigwam but this agent wasnt one of them unfortunately…..
