GoogleWe are so pleased to have Matt @ Savills as the estate agent for buying our first home. He is absolutely helpful and friendly. The thing that we most appreciate is that he is so attentive to everything from arranging our viewings, conveyancing to completion. He also always keeps us posted from the other end (seller and seller's solicitor). He has done a great job! I would definitely recommend for anyone who is looking for buying/selling!

Eve was completely different property agent from others I met so far and I was completely impressed that his kind of property agent exists. Nice, polite, not trying to sell something different than what was asked for, very honest and efficient. GoogleWords do not do justice to how wonderful of an experience my wife and I had working with Eve Blackett on finding our new apartment in London Wandsworth. It is our first time living in London (moving from the U.S), and with her calm demeanor and caring approach Eve made the process so easy for us! She is incredibly personable, thoughtful and thorough. Eve was always extremely responsive to phone calls, texts, and e-mails and proactive in reaching out and answering any questions, she really cares about her clients! Eve followed up on everything we were looking for and helped us secure a wonderful apartment in Wandsworth. We highly recommend her and Savills Wandsworth!

GoogleReally impressed with the level of customer service here. I had a stressful experience trying to find a replacement tenant at my flat- with several people dropping out at the last minute so I was worried about having to pay an extra month of rent. Both Justyna and Tanya were extremely helpful and understanding throughout the whole process, coached me through it and we got there with a great tenant and a few days to spare! Definitely above and beyond... thanks again! :)

GoogleI would definitely recommend Savills and especially Miss Eve Blackett who has been very helpful and committed during the negotiation with the landlord. We finally reached an agreement quite quickly and I just moved to a lovely flat. During the entire process Eve has been very responsive, patient and understanding. If you are looking for a flat make sure to choose a legit and honest agency like Savills who do not have hidden fees, are willing to help during the negotiation with the landlord and provide an actual service and not just a short-hold tenancy agreement template.

GoogleZoe and the Savills team helped make our relocation from the US an absolute breeze. They were so responsive and transparent throughout the entire process, and provided so much useful information from the outset for what we could anticipate throughout the letting process and getting moved into our flat. The team was very helpful in navigating our first experience with renting a flat in the UK, and they were very flexible about accepting alternative documentation for ex-pats who didn't yet have records in the UK. The icing on the cake is that we absolutely love our flat -- it's much nicer and larger than we would have ever imagined a flat in Zone 1/2 could be.
