Despite frustrating legal delays, Beth's positive attitude and professionalism never wavered, and she was relentless in chasing all parties. Fantastic experience with Benedict Lindsay. We had our flat on the market with a different agency who over promised and under delivered. They failed to generate any serious interest over a number of months. We turned to Savills to help us with our sale and were very impressed with all aspects of the process. The friendly, efficient and professional team jumped into action and immediately we saw the results. They were strategic with their marketing approach and actually delivered on the interest they spoke about during our 1st meeting. It was Benedict that identified our buyer and he was calm cool and collected throughout. He found us a buyer at our asking price and then stepped it up a notch to ensure the sale progressed to exchange then completion at breakneck speed. We had an onward purchase to try and balance so speed was crucial to us. He delivered to the timings outlined and kept us updated throughout. I wish we had gone straight to Savills without trying out the other agency. I thought because we were selling a flat not a house they might not give the instruction as much attention as some of their other properties - couldn’t have been further from the truth. The Savills “black book” of buyers works across all properties- they used this to find a perfect buyer who could move quickly. Thank you Benedict

Matt Jacques was amazing in helping me find my first property in a very difficult market. He helped me to find a property well-suited to me based on some quite difficult requirements - not once, but twice (after the first sale fell through)! Moving home is a massive undertaking - both emotionally and financially - and so I'm not exaggerating with my positive review of Harry and the team at Savills. Standout superstar without a shadow of doubt goes to Matt Jacques. When the chain was looking like it was compromised, he held everything together and repeatedly pulled out all the stops - often putting in calls and applying pressure when other providers in the chain (I won't name and shame...actually I will - Strike - they were useless) consistently fell short of the mark. Proactive, excellent communicator, calm under pressure, and wholly empathetic - he is an absolute credit to Savills (management - please take note!). Thanks to him, I have just exchanged and the champagne cork is about to pop. If you're selling in Wandsworth, use these guys and please, please, PLEASE avoid online agents at all costs.

Thank you to Matt Jacques at Savills for a brilliant experience. Matt was incredibly professional and knowledgable of all the properties he took us to see. He was equally very accommodating to work around both me and my partners schedules for viewings as we often couldnt’ view them together due to our work schedules. As we were both first time buyers he helped in making the process as stress free as possible and was never too “pushy” but always contactable when we needed him. There were a couple of areas that required review when we did the survey on the flat and Matt was very efficient in obtaining the relevant information and queries from the seller. We recently sold our flat through Savills and the team at the Wandsworth branch went above and beyond. With ever sale I believe there will be some hiccups along the way, and can certainly be stressful at times, the team did their upmost to reassure us and guided us through the process. Matt & Harry went above and beyond in the first week of viewings, I think we had in the region of 17 viewings in the first week and offers at the end of 7 days. They kept up to date on when viewings would be and made it as hassle free for our life as possible, and most importantly always locked up and kept the property safe.
