I purchased a flat through Savills. David and Sophie were very professional and put a lot of time into the process which following some due diligence challenges needed to be resolved to ensure the price I offered remained fair. Not everything I asked for from the seller was obtained as part of the negotiation, but a satisfactory outcome was achieved thanks to David and Sophie's efforts. When the purchase completed the seller had not provided one of the keys to the flat, but the cleaner had used it to the lock the flat. Harry was very professional and took immediate action to ensure I got access to the flat within the hour.

My partner and I had the pleasure of dealing with Eve Telford in our search for a rental property in the Putney/Wandsworth area during August 2021 - an especially busy time in the market. I had previously met Eve when I moved into my current place in Battersea - she recognised me instantly and was also able to refer my outgoing landlord to her colleagues. This demonstrates Eve's strong relationship bulding power, which is a contrast to most letting agents who I find transactional in nature. Eve is the complete professional - she is warm, friendly, and approachable. When time is of the essence in the lettings game - Eve was lightning fast in her responses when I enquired about other properties and listings in the area. Whilst we didn't find our eventual rental property through Eve, she left no stone unturned to help us with our search. I can't rate Savills highly enough. Adam and the team managed my sale from start to finish as if it was their own property. A number of agents would typically put less work in once the property was under offer but the Savills team were hand on throughout which really made the difference. They even teamed up with the Savills Clapham leasing office to find us a rental to move into once we completed. Absolutely seamless all thanks to their hard work.
