GoogleGood support during the tenancy period. However the initial signing and vetting process was very aggressive. And we have been scammed out of 400 pounds of our deposit for unreasonable issues when leaving the property during lockdown. I won't rent with Savills again.

GoogleI have too many years experience in property to own up to and have increasingly been frustrated by poorly trained, misinformed and lack lustre agents who have little, if any, initiative or professionalism. Time and time again, I find myself wondering whether anyone has even bothered showing them a definition of the word "agent" - they so often haven't a clue who they are acting for! Put simply, they don't know what they claim to be doing! Thank goodness for Eve Blackett at Savills, Wandsworth! She is exceptional; she demonstrably understands who her client is and what that means. She is super efficient, with great personal skills. I'm hugely impressed and grateful to have had the pleasure of seeing an agent doing a really professional job. Thank you.
