I would thoroughly recommend Savills in Wandsworth, and in particular Beth. We are first time buyers and Beth was incredibly kind, informative and responsive throughout the process. She would regularly check-in with us just to let us know how things were moving and we were always kept updated at every stage, equally if when we reached out to Beth for information she would always reply promptly. Even when our purchase could not go through (for reasons completely out of the hands of Savills), Beth was really respectful of our decision, and incredibly empathetic and helpful. I have worked with a few letting agencies however my recent experience with savills has really been exceptional. I still remember my first call with Eve and letting her know exactly what my partner and I were looking for. The market wasn't saturated at that point however Eve promised me she would do her best to provide the most suitable options once they came up. Unlike other agencies I had worked with Eve delivered on her promise and presented spot on options. Even during the process after we'd found the flat we wanted, it felt like Eve and Fego were on their computers/phones anticipating any queries we had with how quick and approachable they were. We're very happy with the services provided by Eve, Fego, everyone else at Savills for that matter and strongly recommend to get in touch with them if you are looking for the house hunting treatment you deserve!
