GoogleShocking service and they don’t even deserve 1 star! Took deposit for a flat and then when the deposit is requested back they ignore all communication and don’t comply with the legal requirements of handing back within 10 working days of tenancy ending. Ended up having to raise a dispute with the TDS and they are even ignoring them.

GoogleI was for sale with another agent who shall remain nameless, only 1 viewing in 10 weeks and had me reduce by £10,000. Went on with william h brown who talked me into putting the price back up and got me what I wamted, I am delighted. James saved me money on my mortgage deal too. Great service, these guys are hot and worth every penny!

GoogleRecently finished the purchase of a property. Charlotte B dealt with it all and was excellent through out. Kept me updated the entire way through. Only issue was we had a bit of trouble getting an appointment to check something on the survey. But that was because of available slots not lining up with my builder and themselves. Overall very happy with the service.

GoogleIf you need a good estate or letting agent you would be wise to try elsewhere. I have owned and let property in the Huddersfield area for over 40 years and I have just had my worst experience ever with William H Brown in Huddersfield. Save yourself some stress and find another agent, there are plenty around Huddersfield and I'm sure most of them are honest and truthful.

GoogleHaven’t had the best experience with my house purchase due to solicitors however Charlotte at William h brown has been great with chasing and keeping me up to date. Definitely would recommend them as an estate agents to anyone considering.

GoogleThe staff, especially, Louella and Maria, were excellent in dealing with what turned out to be the very difficult and stressful sale of my property. They were always friendly, polite and very helpful, always there to answer any queries and give advice. Although not the cheapest way to sell , I would thoroughly recommend them, you get what you pay for!

GoogleSaw a house with home potential on Rightmove. Emailed the agent and was contacted on Tuesday morning (bank hol wknd). Very efficient and friendly service; Amy and Lauryn are fantastic. Within a week, all sorted and tenancy agreement signed. Highly recommend. No faffing, very welcoming and so efficient, I could happily work in that office!

They got lots of viewings for me, kept me up to date on everything that was happening , lots of feedback, and sold my house quickly and efficiently. I would definitely recommend them to anyone I know who is planning to move house. Ten out of ten girls !!!
