I rented a property via William H Brown and found the whole process to be easy and stress free. Every member of staff that I interacted with was friendly and helpful, with Rose proving to be especially kind. All of my emails were responded to quickly with useful information and answers to my questions, and Rose remembered personal information about me right from our first communication that gave the whole process a real personal touch. Very happy with the service I have received from William H Brown on this occasion.

Cannot recommend them enough for buying / selling a property. We were with another estate agent and had no success so decided to try with someone else (William H Brown) - From the very start every member of staff couldn't do enough for us and took the stress out of moving. We also used their onsite mortgage advisor who got us a brilliant deal and again helped us every step of the way and explained everything to us. Now moved into our new home and couldn't have done it without the exceptional staff and customer service provided. Thanks!

Shocking service and they don’t even deserve 1 star! Took deposit for a flat and then when the deposit is requested back they ignore all communication and don’t comply with the legal requirements of handing back within 10 working days of tenancy ending. Ended up having to raise a dispute with the TDS and they are even ignoring them.

If you need a good estate or letting agent you would be wise to try elsewhere. I have owned and let property in the Huddersfield area for over 40 years and I have just had my worst experience ever with William H Brown in Huddersfield. Save yourself some stress and find another agent, there are plenty around Huddersfield and I'm sure most of them are honest and truthful.
