Worst experience for renting ever . I rented flat through them.It was unlivable despite their promise to get it clean before I move in. They deny their responsibility and put it on the landlord . Landlord did the same and put responsibility on them . Horrible experience I wish no one pass through such situation.

Everybody we spoke to along the way were professional, helpful and friendly, making such a scary process quite enjoyable! Not impressed Rented a property via WHBrown from mid Jan-19...online application form has a caveat...WHBrown are in Partnership with Sparks Energy and Sparks Energy are set up for all new tenants...despite knowing they are in administration??? ....Your then left running around trying to manage a situation that you didn’t create and paying for this unwanted privilege too??
