DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. The estate agents do not turn up per the arranged time to viewings to show the property. This has now happened on 2 occasions. They also do not call you to make you aware that they will not attending. Avoid at all costs. Please don't bother responding to the review as you couldn't even be bothered to call back after 2 calls. Update: It is quite disappointing that, despite my explicit request for you not to provide a response, you chose to fabricate a fictional narrative instead. Such behavior is regrettable and reflects poorly on your organisation.

Above and beyond is what you get with William H Brown, Huddersfield. Following a last minute fall through of a property, Jess and Bethany were on the ball able to find a very much suitable property on short notice and have everything completed on the original schedule. Communication was excellent from the whole team, on hand all the way up to the completion, key exchange and to make sure things were settling in well. William H Brown has certainly gained it's plaudits from ourselves and I strongly recommend using them in your property endeavours!

My daughter booked a viewing to see a house - I booked off work to attend with her and no one turned up to do the show around. She complained to William H Brown - they blamed the vendor but booked her in again. 2nd time, again no one turned up. She complained again, this time in tears and they promised they would turn up instead of the vendor to do the showing if she booked again, so we both booked an hour off work to do a daytime viewing (3rd time) and again no one turned up despite the appointment being confirmed the day before. We will never ever buy or sell if William H Brown are involved. Worse than bad service. Don’t even deserve 1 star. It’s hard enough for our young people to get on the housing ladder without this kind of shabby disgusting and disrespectful treatment.

Has anyone else had trouble getting a response from this estate agent? I’ve tried multiple times to reach their team by email, spoken to the receptionist, and even left a voicemail. Today, July 11th at 10:44 AM, I called and someone picked up but immediately hung up on me. When I called again, it went straight to voicemail. I hope management sees this review because I’m just trying to buy a house and am puzzled by their behavior. Don’t really want to name the individuals who I have been liaising with but I hope they have the courtesy to reply back. Thank you

If you want 1st class service this is the place to go, from start to finish from selling my house, it only took 4 months. W H Brown Huddersfield provides buyers with very comprehensive information, which is very helpful in the process of buying a property. I was a first-time buyer and had viewed and bid properties in Huddersfield from other agents for about six months before they listed a suitable one. I had successfully had two offers accepted but unfortunately both sellers changed their minds. I was very frustrated but had to continue viewings and biddings. Last December the agent listed a suitable one and I immediately called them when seeing it on my mobile. Louie answered the call. He is very professional and friendly and rapidly booked an appointment for me. I made an offer after the viewing. Louie made excellent negotiations between me and the seller. Benefiting from this, the deal was soon agreed by both sides. In the following conveyancing process, Louie and Charlotte provided me very enthusiastic help in communicating with the seller. The deal was completed after four months! All in all, I have learnt quite a lot about buying a house from Louie and the agent during the past few months. Many thanks to them.

It is a pleasure for me to write this review for the incredible William H Brown team in Huddersfield, and in particular about Charlotte, Louie, Tom and their manager Shona. From the very first visit to evaluate our property for sale, we were very impressed by their professionalism and positive attitude. Tom evaluated the property and explained in detail why we should work with them. He was extremely polite, professional and attentive to what we had to say, we immediately liked him and William H Brown respectively and signed the contract for the sale of our house. From then on, Louie who was the main sales negotiator, kept in touch about the process and was constantly scheduling viewings, as a result we received 2 competitive offers within a week of putting the property on the market. Louie was also very professional, kind and worked very hard to sell our property. Charlotte, who was responsible for completing the sale, went above and beyond to make the possess as smooth as possible, and even organised an emergency removing of our furniture last minute. In this extremely stressful for us time she was absolutely fantastic and worked overtime to complete the sale of our house. We cannot recommend highly enough this company! Do not hesitate for a minute to sell your property with William H Brown.
