I bought my house with William H Brown and and service was so good and professional that when we went to sell it I didn't hesitate to use them again. The valuation was higher than I was expecting, and they were absolutely correct as the second offer was exactly what they valued it at. I just wanted to take a moment to leave a review for William H Brown and especially for Anne Luby. Me and my partner were first time buyers so we did not know what to expect and what we needed to do. Made an appointment with Anne and she was absolutely amazing. She helped us with the whole mortgage application and explained anything we were unsure of, it never felt as though we were on our own and unsure of anything. She takes a lot of care and consideration, and will try her absolute best to get you the best result. I believe we couldn’t have made a better decision than going with Anne and it gave us the best start to the whole buying process. It was smooth, easy and very simple. We could not thank Anne enough for the help she provided and now we are very close to getting everything done and receiving our keys tomorrow. The whole process was a difficult ride but made so much easier by WH Brown and their in-house system. But the real kudos goes to Anne, without her we wouldn’t have managed! I have just got a mortgage offer thanks to Anne! Anne has been amazing since I made my first meeting with her, she’s given all the information I needed. It is my first time buying a property and she’s filled me with everything I needed to know and literally within a month has managed to get a mortgage offer accepted. This means a lot to me and can’t express how happy I am, didn’t think it would be this easy. Anne, worked her magic and I’m still in shock how quick things have turned around for me.
