GoogleEstate agents did not lock the front door on 3 separate occasions. Didn't reply to my email, then sent a right to rent check. Just silly

Googlebrought my property from them back in 2006. offer was agreed. then received a phone call to say someone else had offered £5k more. so I ended up having to fork out another £5k. I was a first time buyer and was completely stressed out of my head...very upsetting as I thought I was going to lose out. The word gazumping springs to mind! They don't even deserve a 1 * AVOID THEM!

GoogleThe staff is so rude.. i can't believe that kind of people working in the office. Received few call phones and they didn't knew how to talk.. it's ridiculous. I woudnt recomend this agency because of people working there.

My friend is currently awaiting his deposit back yet they will not respond to his request on DPS. He’s had nothing but bother with this lettings company. P**s poor attitude by staff. I’m surprised any landlords use these con artists.

GoogleFantastic and fully satisfying experience with Whitegates. Dealt with quite few estate agencies, and so far, Whitegates provided best service. High level of customer service and professionalism. I remember I had a case with my electricity on Sunday, send a message , and was waiting for an answer no earlier than Monday; guess what, received an answer in 5 minutes time. I wish you all the best guys 👍

Visited apartment twice to rent and both times agent did not have keys. Even though a phone call was made and reassurance was given we would be able to get into the apartment.

Absolutely disgusting estate agents. Nothing but patronising. Had loads of issues moving into the property, such as electric and gas in debt, disgusting property, animal hair everywhere. Moving out is even worse. I will never rent or buy a property with these people and I will tell everyone I know not to bother.
