GoogleI lived with vanilla last year at tite hall, in the town centre. My housemates and I found the accommodation clean on arrival, well maintained and comfortable. The price was good to. As with most large student blocks I’ve found the fire alarms were occasionally set off but they attended promptly and resolved. I would recommend this agency in Huddersfield. Jo

GoogleBy far the worst experience I ever had with a letting agency in my life. They're lovely until you sign for a gloomy house. Then, forget about them. They won't answer your emails, won't solve your issues, until you physically go to the agency and have a tantrum there. Polite emails are not considered. Avoid at all cost.

GoogleHaving lived in a town centre apartment managed by Vanilla I can say that they have been very attentive during my stay. From the viewing through to the check out at the end of the tenancy they have been polite and courteous. Any problems were dealt with quickly and efficiently. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
