GoogleMegan and Jane are brilliant. Ultimate professionals. Kept me up to date and helped sort queries with my recent lease renewal. This is our second renewal and our 7th year, we have had hiccups granted, but never an issue. I offered wine or chocolates as a thank-you, they asked for a review !!

Both failed to acknowledge and respond to my written complaint (and to meet their own written standards for complaint handling). Now under investigation from the professional body (RICS) in this respect. Maybe not the ‘service’ you want?

GoogleWanted to sell quickly but ended wasting 8 months with them still and no sale because their buyer couldn't get the mortgage. They dont do their checks on buyers. Stay away!!
