This is the first time I have used Holdencopley and I am glad I did, the staff are extremely helpful through out the whole process, and extremely polite, A special thank you goes to Georgina at the hucknall branch she went above and beyond what I was asking of her, she seemed to be the only one to get answers for me when I was getting worried that things were not going to plan, she even knew more than my solicitors massers about what was going on she was on the phone constantly to my buyers and their mortgage lender and there solicitors trying to speed things up and keep me in the loop (give that girl a raise ;) so tnk u Georgina

What can i say. They were simply brilliant. Don't want to list any specific names as honestly, all the team was great. Kept us updated at all times, with more feedback and updates that we could possibly imagine. Easy to talk to , replying to emails very fast, listening to suggestions and most importantly, providing massive support and clearly know what they're doing. Would highly recommend to anyone that is looking for a decent and customer friendly agent trough out the whole process, not only until the agreement is sign :)

Holden Copley are, without doubt, the best estate agent I have dealt with. The initial meeting was conducted by Matt Copley, so I had already met the big boss and he gave me his email address should I need it, which I didn’t. They produce great marketing information for your house by using professional photographers, asking YOU what the selling points of your property are, and seeking your approval of the information before going live. If you look on Rightmove, Holden Copley’s house pictures always stand out from the crowd. The staff in the office are always very friendly, polite, and communicate frequently via phone & email to always keep you informed about viewings and other developments. I would certainly use them in the future! There may be cheaper estate agents around, but is cheapest always best when it comes to selling your house?…

Just about to complete on my house sale with holden Copley. They've been brilliant from the start. Always so quick to respond to emails and calls, no chasing people like with other agents. All staff have been friendly and helpful, from valuation with matt, photos with Lauren and then Sadie on sales and Emma on progressions. Was so impressed with the marketing and interest generated in my house. The agents also carried out the viewings and sale was agreed within a week of being on the market. Couldn't ask for more and would highly recommend. Big thanks to all the team!

We had a very good experience of selling our house with Holden Copley. The photos and 3D virtual tour were really excellent. We had a massive number of viewings and accepted an offer over the asking price within 2 weeks. The team were very good throughout and always responded promptly to every email and phone call. Our sales progressor was also excellent, offering support and advice whenever we needed it and keeping everything on track. We would definitely recommend HC to anyone looking for an estate agent in the Nottingham area.

Holden Copley have been excellent from start to finish. Matt Copley came initially to do the valuation, he was professional and well prepared. He showed us everything that they offer and they delivered on every aspect. Every member of the team have been fantastic. We spoke to 3/4 different staff and each one knew what stage we were at and were very supportive. The photos were great and really stand out from other agents and the photgrapher took extra photos that i asked to be shown. Communication was great, via email and phone but at the right time. They contacted me when they needed to but not too much that it became disruptive. Matt openly said that they weren't the cheapest but they were by far the best. We sold our house in less than a week! I would highly recommend.

Cannot fault my experience with Holden Copley. I needed an extremely quick sale and within 6 days of contacting them, I’d had numerous viewings, several offers and it was done and dusted! The team members are friendly, professional and enthusiastic in their work. Every time i called (which was a lot), whoever I spoke to knew the exact details of my file. The quality of the photos and property details stood out a mile from those taken by other estate agents for other properties, something which I believe greatly helped attract more viewings. Very unprofessional No one showed up for the two viewings we had booked with them, they couldn’t even bother to call us and cancel. We were ready to pay 10k more than the offer they received a day before our 1st scheduled viewing but again they were not interested so I doubt they want the best for the sellers
