GoogleAbsolutely amazing service from start to finish. Friendly staff made me feel at ease from the initial viewing and photos of the house, to exchange of contracts. Excellent communication keeping me informed and liaising with my solicitors and the builders of my new house. A special Thankyou to Sheryl Parker at Hucknall Branch, who has worked her socks off chasing solicitors to ensure everything happened on time. I would highly recommend Holden and Copley to market your property. ❤️

GoogleWriting this review on behalf of my father in law, 4 Houses he has wanted to view around hucknall posted for call backs online on rightmove also called twice to be told.someone will get back to him, nothing ......YOU CANT SELL A HOUSE IF YOU DONT SHOW PEOPLE ROUND THEM! AVOID THIS COMPANY if you have a house for sale with this company I suggest you call them and ask why they ain't arranging viewings on your properties.

GoogleFrom our initial meeting to discuss the sale of our house through to the final handover to solicitors to complete the sale, the Holden Copley team have been excellent. Chelsea in the Arnold office was invaluable in getting marketing materials in place. Maria and Amy in the Hucknall team arranged viewings and kept us informed throughout the whole selling process. Our property sold quickly and I cannot recommend Holden Copley highly enough.

Especially Molly and Maria who have been on the ball, very helpful, nothing is to much trouble, they answer any worries or questions I have straightaway. GoogleI have had a great experience with all the staff at Holden Copley. They were really friendly and fast moving, even during COVID19. They listed and sold my house within a week. Sarah has been great dealing with all the offers when they came in and helped me make the right decision on who to sell to. GoogleA couple of hiccups in the middle with errors on the rightmove posting (despite me informing them before putting it live) and viewing agents turning up late - otherwise would've been a 5* Tom gave us a realistic but aspirational valuation and pricing strategy that played our perfectly, and Sarah handled the offer negotations and sale agreement brilliantly
