We had a horrendous experience with the Hucknall branch of this company from the very beginning, from sloppy work on the brochure to errors in the listing on the type of house, which was still wrong after being 'corrected' and much, much more. Ended with us having our contract 'ripped up' less than half way through the 4 month contract and removing our house from the market. We were left devastated by this excruciating experience and feel that we will never trust any estate agents again.

All of the staff at Holden Copely have been nithing but friendly and professional throughout the entire process of my selling and buying. The marketing alone is above standard of other agents and really makes a property standout. I also found it much easier to look at properties they were respesenting especially with the 3D floor plans. Due to this i have also purchased my next property with them also. My property had loads of viewings and 3 offers in total. They were on hand to negotiate whilst also being fair and transparent.
