GoogleI dealt with the lovely Charlotte when purchasing a property. She is professional yet so down to earth and grounded. She couldn’t do enough always keeping me in the know. If i find myself in another buying place she’d be my first call. Very enthusiastic yet realistic.

GoogleThey forge their feedback and reviews, the actually sell your home for below the price. They try to wear you down by reducing your price as their comission is fixed (just under £2500), they don't care if your house sells for £1 or what you actually need. They are lazy, uneducated and they will harass you. We had to do most of our viewings. We are taking it off the market with them as THEY breached their own contract! A waste of time.

FacebookArranged a viewing for a property 11 am today , after 30 minutes wait , nobody showed up to meet us called agents no record of appointment , rescheduled for 3.30 today , returned to property to be greeted by a 14 year old agent with no key to access property , very unprofessional , loss of earnings , waist of time , not only could this owner of lost a potential buyer but the business itself has lost the opportunity to sell both mine and my partners properties , appalling customer service from both a buying and selling perspective , AVOID

GoogleSale fell through on our house last minute with diff estate agent, Holly got us up and running and with viewings booked almost within 24 hours. Good advice about how to market it to achieve what we wanted. Professional and personable. Sold within 5 days to proceedable buyer. Can't tell you how much we appreciated the effort as it meant we didn't lose the house we were buying.
