Facebookfirst of all by answering the phone Instead of it going to head office. secondly by stop talking to me In that salesy patronising voice. thirdly by giving feedback after a viewing. Also by stop coming up with stupid excuses why the property hasn't sold such as it's up for too much...you valued it love! and...by putting a sales board up when it went up for sale...not 2 months later.... and lastly stop telling everyone you can sell ice to eskimos which is why your fees are higher than anywhere else. stop saying you have investors waiting to snap up the property. and stop saying g you can sell it within 6 weeks because 4 months down the line it's still not sold. and please take me seriously when I say if it's not sold by 31st oct it's coming off the market and being rented out with a competitor....

GoogleFrom the moment Holly (hucknall branch) walked through the door we knew that's who was going to help sell our house the passion she has for her job is lovely to see nothing was to much for her, we also met lorna and kendal who again just can't fault them professional enthusiastic just everything you want when selling a house. we then met a lady called poppy briefly who was so nice and polite the whole team it seems at the hucknall branch are a true credit to the company I'd also just like to mention a gentleman called Curtis who came for the first visit as he had only just joined but had we not been told this we would have never guessed he was lovely and I hope he goes far with the haart company. I could write so much more positive things but I'd run out of space and time but honestly we can't thank them all enough xx leanne and ethan

GoogleAsked for viewings and was told on several occasions they would call me back within an hour. No response and every time you call them, the call gets routed to the 'concierge team' who say they'll send the branch an email. Branch never calls back.
