I recently sold my property through Haart Hucknall, and I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. From the initial valuation right through to handing over the keys, the entire team was professional, friendly, and incredibly supportive throughout the whole process. I think I spoke to just about everyone in the branch and every member of the team was helpful and approachable. A special thank you goes to Holly, Soraya, Isabella, Ellie, and especially Henry. Henry went above and beyond, working closely with the estate agents handling our purchase and liaising with all of the solicitors to keep everything on track. His communication, dedication, and determination to meet the agreed timescales were outstanding and played a huge part in making our move happen as planned. From putting our house on the market to collecting the keys to our new home in just five months, the whole experience was seamless. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Haart Hucknall to anyone looking to buy or sell a property. Thank you all for making a stressful process feel so straightforward.

We were very impressed with the service provided by Isabella Corten-Southern from the valuation at the start of the selling process through to completion. There was no hard sell, which we had encountered from another local company, just a friendly professional approach to getting the best sale for us. When the sale had been agreed, she put us in touch with a solicitor who was able to process the sale quickly and efficiently. We would highly recommend these estate agents.

Was back in June when Issy and Holly from Haart came to value our property, Both were amazing from start to finish with help in guiding us through every step of the way, Very fast and very freindly and efficient with everything and quickly taking photos of the property the very same day. Issy kept in contact throughout and kept me fully informed on things that were happening, even when I made some changes to the property she did not hessitate in taking new better photos to help boost the sale. Soraya Rankin has been absolutely incredible in helping us secure our dream home! From the very moment we spotted the house for sale, she went above and beyond for us. She arranged viewings around our holiday, changing dates and doing everything she could to make it work. Her communication has been outstanding from start to finish. Every question, every concern, I had an answer almost instantly. Soraya put me completely at ease, explaining every step clearly and making the whole journey feel effortless. Never answer the phone for one. The house i bought through them they had advertised it as a recently renovated bathroom which was rubbish, it was a recently painted bathroom!!!! Bath is like a tin bath, toilet not fixed to wall, sink wasn't either. False advertising. Really don't know how this estate agent is still in buisness. Can I add that one of the viewings we couldn't get inside you thought the property was empty but the owners hadn't moved out yet and I think the owners didn't have a clue I was going to view it that day!!!!!!! Also owners can make there house look amazing when people are viewing it and this is what the owners of this property had done so there was no flags to raise at the time!!! Its pointless contacting you as you dont answer the phone!!!

Dirty tricks. I had this note land through the letterbox of a house I am selling. When I called them a woman said 'yes we have someone on our books whose house we have sold. We want to keep our client and your property is a match for what they are looking for'. She then asked me what my contract details were with my current (lovely) estate agent so that I could ditch them and they could 'do the deal' was how she explained it. Ditch my estate agents with no guarantee their client would even view my house - wth. What a dirty trick. She just explained that was 'how they do business'. I wonder what else they think is ok? Disgusted. What a shower.
