GoogleSoraya and the team are a m a z i n g. Couldn’t recommend enough from start to finish any question i had it was answered straight away. The property sold very quickly even with Christmas and New Year in the middle. Unfortunately due to the sellers solicitors being incompetent it was a long drawn out 5 months but Soraya made it bearable and any help I needed she was there without question. If you’re looking for an estate agent to sell or help purchase a property Haart is the one! Thank you all!

GoogleHolly and the team were great. I purchased a property which was on the market with them, everything went so smoothly and efficiently I decided once I had refurbed the property I would use them to sell it again. I dealt with Soraya mainly, she was great at communicating with myself and the buyer and keeping everyone up to date so the sale could progress smoothly. I would highly recommend their services and i will definitely be using them again. Thanks very much to everyone at the Hucknall branch.

GoogleI had a very horrible experience with this estate agent. From the outset, there were existing damages in the property that were never disclosed, and when I raised these issues, I was met with excuses and contradictions instead of honesty and dealings with the seller. It quickly became clear that important details had been left out or misrepresented, and I felt misled throughout the process and have been left with tones of debt as a result. To say how hard it is for first time buyers in this day and age I am absolutely disgusted that agencies like this have absolutely no support and honesty to the buyer. Communication was dreadful and battered between two companies (each more clueless than the other), and rather than taking responsibility or helping to resolve the problems whilst within time frame, the agent tried to shift the blame by means of getting the sale over the line. Overall, the lack of transparency and professionalism has been incredibly disappointing. I would not recommend this agency to ANYONE looking for a straightforward, trustworthy service. DO NOT USE THIS ESTATE AGENT, agents like these will tell you whatever you want to hear but they just lie
Hi Remy, as discussed with yourself multiple times this property was sold on behalf of a developer therefore was dealt with by our part exchange team not ourselves at Hucknall. No damage was disclosed to ourselves in regards to the property. I note you did have a survey on the property which should have confirmed any issues prior to completion for you to then raise. I can see on file no problems were raised by yourself until the property completed when you had a leak with the boiler. As we have previously informed you once completed the property is now your responsibility and although unfortunate timing these things do happen. All calls are recorded for training and monitoring purposes and from what I have reviewed we have never once misled you or told you what you want to hear and all calls were answered or returned within an adequate time frame. Sorry you feel that we have misled you but discussing surveys is not for us to do but your solicitors should have discussed your survey with you and advised how to proceed before completing.

GoogleMy house is currently on the market with haarts I will be taking it off the market with them. I have constantly been ringing up they never answer the phone, and when you go through to the main office they say they will get someone to call you back but never do. I have to constantly chase for feedback and updates, nobody knows what going on it's always ill get someone to call you back. Even when people have been for viewing they have said how hard it has been to get hold of them to actually book the viewing. I don't think they advise your property correctly either when I have seen it on Rightmove the first picture is my living room shouldn't it be the outside of the house! Sold properties with other agents in the pass and never had this problem. Will be going with someone else.
We take all feedback seriously and would like to address the points you’ve raised. I can see you discussed your concerns with the branch manager who explained when you go through to our head office when we are all on the phone, apologies you struggled to get through but all our calls are returned in a timely manner. With regards to the photos, that is called an imaging cycle which changes photos between the first 6 photos to ensure people are seeing more of your property than just the outside that they will have already seen, this is in the hope of getting more people through the door when having seen the inside condition. I know we recently had a viewer who we couldn't get booked in due to not being able to get hold of yourselves but kept them up to date with the situation. Apologies you feel our service hasn’t been satisfactory and we all wish you the best in your sale.

GoogleI sold my property with Haart Hucknall not too long ago and honestly I can't praise them enough. Before selling I had a few valuations and was originally fooled by Holden Copley's overestimation. But after an absolutely terrible experience with Holden Copley I went back to Haart and just wish I'd gone with them from the start. I mainly dealt with Ellie and Isabella who were absolutely brilliant in every way. But everyone I spoke to at Haart were just great. They are professional but at the same time friendly, excellent rapport from all of them. It was my first time selling and they made everything as easy as possible and were always available for my silly questions. They honestly went out of their way to help in every way possible. If you need more convincing well Holden Copley tried to massively drop my house price when struggling to sell for their overestimation. Compared to Haart who gave a realistic estimation and sold very quickly close to that price without reducing (£17,500 more than Holden Copley tried to drop to). I'd honestly lost faith in estate agents until I went back to Haart. 5 stars is not enough I should have stuck with them from the start.
