The worst experience with an estate agent we’ve had. Went up for sale with Haart, we had a couple of viewings, we accepted an offer on the 6th June and thought everything was going well, to see on the 27th June that the ‘sold’ sign was down and ‘for sale’ was back up. I rang the branch straight away and was told they were having an issue with the boards company and everything was still ok….i noticed the house was back listed on the website too. Tried ringing again, only to ring 16 times with no answer!! Got through to the part exchange team who told us the buyers actually pulled out 3 weeks earlier and we weren’t told!! He then pretended he couldn’t hear us on the phone, we demanded that someone tell us who messed up and why no one knew, not even our solicitor knew what was going on. We asked for it to be taken down 2 weeks ago and it’s still listed with them, we know someone interested and Haart hasn’t told us that someone is interested!!! Terrible. I do not recommend these estate agents. Poor

I used Haart's Hucknall office to sell my parents property. I selected them mainly on their google reviews and was hoping for levels of service that matched that. I found Sarah at the initial marketing stage to be very professional. Rhianne during the sales process stage was extremely tenacious and helped me through some difficult periods. Her communication was good too. Others in the office that I spoke to were also very helpful, particularly Izzy. Overall I was very happy with their service.

Rhianne Lounds was absolutely fantastic! From day one Rhianne was ON IT! Constant updates and pure brillaince right to the very end!!! & A lot more tolerant than ourselves, having to deal with some extremely difficult conveyancing solicitors. Can't thank you enough for helping us get into our new home as quick and promptly as possible. Thorough communication helped reassure us through it all, can't recommend highly enough.
