Poppy at Haarts Hucknall was brilliant from start to finish. We were speculative viewers who had seen the house’s for sale board when driving by to a midsummer party. We didn’t know Papplewick at that stage, and the cottage needs a lot of work. We also had a beautiful home somewhere else. She sold it to us on that first visit due to her love and knowledge of the local area which really helped us imagine living here realistically. On our original meeting she was able to read our vision and sold it to us on the property’s potential. I recommend Haarts at Hucknall and in particular Poppy to any potential purchasers of home is this surrounding area. She is engaging, bright and thoroughly professional.

She would always answer any questions or concerns we had, she offered to do some viewings for us which really helped when we was at work. Maria D Ercole at Haarts Hucknall was extremely helpful and friendly was towards me during my purchase of my first home. I was provided with nothing but non-stop amazing customer service, Maria did everything she could to chase solicitors, and generally find out answers for me. Maria always had a simple answer for me and did everything she could to ensure I was in my new home by my chosen exchange date (even when I was told by my solicitors the date I wanted would not be possible!) I feel she was mainly the reason everything moved so quickly. As a first time buyer I found it quite daunting buying a house, mortgages etc, but dealing with the ladies at Haarts has been nothing but a pleasure and I will 100% recommend Haarts Hucknall to anyone, specifically first time buyers who are nervous like I was! Holly has been fantastic since the very minute she stepped through my front door to value the property. She is very professional, personable, knowledgeable and genuine. She was confident the house would sell very quickly and she was not wrong. We sold within 2 weeks after our house was launched on their market platform. We were originally signed up to another agent but they did nothing to market our house and as weeks went by we were doubtful we were able to move on. However as soon as we were introduced to Haart things gathered speed and we were soon putting up the sold sign. The team have been great communicators and kept us regularly updated throughout the process of the sale. Would thoroughly recommend this estate agent, they are worth every penny. Thank you!

I booked an appointment with Holly at Haart, to discuss selling my property and less than a week after meeting her, my property was listed in the newspaper and on the internet looking and sounding fantastic. Holly's advice was honest, helpful and informative and I learned a lot whilst speaking to her. Her enthusiasm and positivity is refreshing and infectious and her experience is obvious to see. Managing the viewings with the team at Haart was easy and trouble free. In the end I decided for personal reasons to take the house back off the market after a very short time of it being listed. Even this wasn't a problem and Aaron made me feel at ease about my decision. As I understand it, the fee for selling with Haart is a little more expensive than with some other agents but I'm a big believer in "you get what you pay for" and Haart are a prime example of this. The fee is only payable on completion of a sale and there are no hidden costs. The photographs / listing are all free of charge which means you can't really lose. So if you're considering selling your house then book an appointment with Holly and you will not regret it.

She has been a great point of contact throughout the process and given me lots of confidence in them as a company. Fran is so bubbly and approachable but really professional and driven. Extremely pleased with the service and couldn't recommend this office enough! My house is under offer after less than a week on the market! Seriously helped by the superb quality of photos on the site, no hidden fees for the professional photographer just part of their standard package and a friendly team in the office! All the team take the time to talk to you both before going on the market and during sale, such a friendly bunch of people who obviously really enjoy their job! Aaron the branch manager is never too busy to help and support with any questions, Clayton is really clear, friendly and calls back when he promises to, simple but great service! Finally Holly, oh holly you legend, save the best til last, what a star! I never could have imagined how difficult a seller could be! Fortunately for me, the whole team at haart were friendly, experienced and professional about the whole process. Special mention and huge thanks to Maria. On the rare occasion I couldn't speak with her directly, she called me back promptly.
