GoogleI recently had need of a local agent to sell my mothers house. After having 2 valuations I decided to use Haarts. The valuer Holly Evans was very understanding of the circumstances surrounding the sale and made the instruction process very easy, thank you Holly.
The house was put on the market and the first viewer made an acceptable offer. Maria D' Ercole was promptly in touch to advise that she would be following the sale through for me. Maria kept me fully informed at every stage of the transaction and dealt with all my enquiries quickly and efficiently. After a few short weeks we have now exchanged contracts and completion is set for next week.
Being a retired Estate Agent myself with 27 years experience, I cannot highly recommend them enough, they have a very professional team in their Hucknall office and I hope their bosses appreciate them.

If you want a team that actually want to sell your house - choose Haart.
I both sold and purchased through Haart, everyone was very on the ball.
When our buyer pulled out, the team especially manager Aaron was straight on it, and we had another buyer within a couple of days - three in fact!
Haart Hucknall, Simone @ Just4Mortgages (in Haart) and Wake Smith (their recommended solicitor) are a great combo - I hardly did any chasing at all.
Certainly not the cheapest out there, but if you want to move with ease and efficiency then choose Haart!

GoogleWe officially exchanged on Friday and complete this Friday coming. The staff at Hucknall have gone above and beyond to help us buy our first home. Right from the beginning Holly made the process of viewing and putting down offers an easy and stress free process. We then met Simone to give documentation in order to take the property of the market. Her knowledge of mortgages were second to none. Finally, we met Maria who has really outdone herself. Maria stepped up and took action when the solicitors process began to slow down. We realised this was due to my solicitor being on Holiday. Maria contacted us and basically became a spokesperson for the seller which allowed us to move forward with the process as quickly as possible which is what we wanted. Without Maria, i fear we would still be waiting around today for an exchange/completion date. All of the staff I have spoken to at Haart have always been so professional, kind and supportive. Before putting our offer in with Haart we had an offer down to buy a different house (which fell through) through an online only agent. The level of service from Haart is far above anything we received from the online only agent which makes us really believe although there are cheaper alternatives, there is very much a place for high street estate agents. GoogleWe chose Haart to market out property from experience as buyers - they were always quick to contact us and arrange a viewing that suited us, and were sure to follow up afterwards too.
We received an offer on our home within a week of marketing, above the price we were expecting due to our position (we needed a quick sale). Thrilled is an understatement.
Service is always good but, for us, Stephanie stands out from the crowd. Her manner makes it clear she will do anything she can to make the sale of our home as easy as possible - nothing is too much trouble - and she acts quickly when she agrees to an action taking place.

First time I have sold a house and heard a lot of horror stories about useless and arrogant estate agents, but Haarts proved they are the brilliant exception to most of the competition.
They were very honest and said they are not the cheapest, but were (are) the most experienced and with the highest sales completion % in the market.
I want to single out the highest praise for Holly. She was the positive driving force and the biggest smile.
My advice don’t be put off by the price, use them. You get what you pay for.

I was never made to feel a burden when calling for advice and they made sure I was always update with the status of my sale! Steph was fantastic at selling my house and Charlotte was always lovely on visits as well as Maria and Aaron in the office. This is my first experience in buying and selling a house and they couldn’t of made it anymore of a pleasure, it took a total of 4 weeks for my house to sell and they always ensured we had a buzz of activity about the property. Booked the valuation 2 weeks ago, signed contracts that friday, left a key then proffesional photos taken Monday and sold by the following friday because haarts had proactively been calling potential buyers! Cannot fault the staff or the service one bit. So personal and proffesional. Genuinly some of the nicest people ive met for a while. Special thank you to Holly and Francesca who i have mostly been in touch with via email because i cannot answer calls at work. Again personalised to my needs! Another thing some may find silly but some will understand. They assured me they made sure my house cat didnt get out and would be looked after during viewings. Piece of mind for me.
