GoogleWhole team at work was fantastic, very helpful and today i will get the keys to my bungalow. My offer was accepted 3 weeks ago and Maria guided and helped me all the way through it, I could not have done it without her. She informed of all the steps and made sure they were done in a timely manner.

FacebookPostcode: DE1 The worst agency ever. I signed a contract with them on April. After a month the boiler stopped working n didn't have a hot water for three months. I called them they said we only take the rent. Once I stopped paying the rent the boiler was fixed. Couldn't take if anymore ad the flat was in a horrible start especially when it started getting cold. Mould water dripping from the walls... After I left I asked for my deposit and they replied you'll have to get it from your landlord even though I payed it to them. I'll rather stay homeless than renting out from them. landlord wants to keep 570pounds deposit and haart can't do anything about it

GoogleHave phoned to view 2 different properties and have not had a call back,, phoned on numerous occasions to wanting to view a property, got through to the concierge to be told if I didn't hear within 24 hours to phone back..very unprofessional

GoogleWhat can I say about the service we've received from Haart. As a mum of two small children the process being stress free was very important to us. Haart were fabulous. Doing viewings, easing nerves, talking us through the next steps. We're sold and it's all down to the fabulous service we've had. Highly recommended.
