TrustpilotWas nice to get the backing from Ellie…
Was nice to get the backing from Ellie regarding a problem we had with the washing machine in the property, as the landlord didn’t want to take any Acton and get it fixed, first letting agents I have been with that helped get it resolved by getting on to the Landlord on more than one occasion,

TrustpilotUnprofessional, no care, awful
What a woefully awful letting agents. To say they lack good customer service would imply that they have at least some amount of it- they don’t. They do not care about their tenants or their welfare and will try to penny-pinch wherever they can. Their staff are wholly unprofessional and will take days responding to claims, yet when they have something they need they expect it immediately.

GoogleLovely agents, would recommend for first time buyers like us, really informative and gave a helping hand every step of the way. Only small problem was they couldn't give us a viewing before we signed the contract, but COVID made it difficult so not entirely their fault.
