We had one buyer pull out but the property was quickly back on the market and sold again within a week. All the team are very personable and helpful, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. Me and my bestie needed a place to stay after a horrific renting experience at Humphrey Davey house :( these guys went above and beyond for us! We can't thank them enough. We got a beautiful two bedroom flat for a really amazing price in the centre of Wath. We couldn't have done it without the ladies who work here! They knew of our situation and didn't stop till we had a property. I highly recommend this letting agents, if you wanna rent a property or put your property up for rent! They will look after your tenants and your property, they do this with care! Cant recommend them enough! Thank you ladies ❤️

Trigglets estate agents have been brilliant to deal with. When I phoned to view a house they had advertised it was very easy to sort out and then sorting out anything after that to do with the house and mortgage was pretty simple too. The staff are very friendly and easy to talk to, being very helpful when it is needed.

Good Afternoon Hazel, we are very sorry that you feel let down and we can understand your frustration when you have seen what you believe could be your next home. The property in question was a very desirable cottage and having sold a very similar one in the area recently we had a lot of interest and would love to have had more similar properties to offer. Unfortunately, we had carried out a viewing with a potential buyer who has also been disappointed recently when we sold a very similar property a few doors away. He placed a good offer following the viewing which we are legally obliged to put to our vendor, who he was happy to accept. Hopefully you can understand that there would be little point in wasting your time by allowing your viewing to take place knowing that an offer had already been accepted, hence we immediately informed you of the situation. GoogleHad a viewing last Thursday morning, explained to the woman I spoke to(Helen) I had other viewings in the area aswell, we arrived 10 minutes early, waited for 30 minutes, no phone call or explanation as to why no one had showed up but we had to leave as we had another viewing. Rang the office spoke to someone else who informed me they would try and see if we could view it later that same day and they would ring me back. Which they didn't. Emailed Helen again saying we would still be interested in viewing the property and booked me in another appointment at 4:30pm on Monday. I arrived at the property again 10 minutes early. Received a phone call at 4:30pm saying that they were supposed to arrive at 4pm but were going to be late, which I was not informed of before I went to view the property. The woman explained that she would not be at the property for another hour and expected me to wait. She offered me another appointment for the next day for a time I could not attend and refused to work around my schedule considering they have messed me around twice. Poor service, no clear communication, they clearly do not care about their potential clients.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

My experience with Trigg Let’s prior to moving day was excellent. The staff were helpful to the extreme. Sadly moving day was so stressful with a long wait to receive keys. No fault is apportioned to TL but to the seller’s solicitor who kept everyone waiting.
