These estate agents are not like the others. They are a family run business and treat you like a human being and not a cash cow. Their fees are transparent, competitive with no hidden surprises.

GoogleWe lived in one of their properties for over 4 years, and thankfully we have managed to buy our own home. Trigglets has been by far the worse letting agency I have ever dealt with in my life. Their staff are very rude, they don’t ring you back when they say, leaving you to constantly chase them for a response. We had mould in our home and it took Trigglets almost a year to get it sorted, even thought we have a 1 year old. The owner - Steve is also a very arrogant and extremely rude individual, who seems to think he’s the bees knees. He speaks to people in a very degrading manner. They do anything to take your money, even charging high admin fees for just simply renewing the tenancy agreement. They have then taken our full bond/deposit of nearly £600, to re decorate and get the grass cut. Every landlord has to redecorate a property after having a tenant in there for over 4 years. I would advise against letting a property with or through Trigglets at all costs.

Good Afternoon Jacob, it is always disappointing when someone feels the need to submit a 1 star review. As I understand the situation, you have not lived at the property in question for the last 3 years. So I am a little unsure how you are in a position to comment or write a review regarding the circumstances surrounding the termination of a tenancy with another party., that has just taken place. We are a family run business who pride ourselves on providing nice homes for our tenants and our reputation and other reviews do reflect this. Obviously, from time to time you are going to have differences of opinion and this is potentially at a time when tenants vacate a property and the Landlord requests monies from the tenants deposit to carry out repairs and cleaning to the property that go beyond excepted wear & tear. I do not want to get into any personal attacks on individuals as I prefer to keep the relationship, with whoever we come into contact with, pleasant and professional. Regards Steve Trigg

GoogleDavid told me the seller would accept my offer, which I made right away. Helen then emailed me to say “congratulations”, the offer was accepted. The next day, they sold the same house to someone else.
This isn’t just bad service, it’s shady. It looks like they’re making under the table deals for extra cash.
If you’re thinking of working with them, don’t. They don’t respect buyers, and they don’t play fair. I wouldn’t trust them with any property deal.

It is always disappointing when a client feels that they have been let down by Trigglets Estates. With regards to this particular issue I can really understand your frustration and disappointment when the vendor decided to decline your offer after initially accepting it. However, I do have to highlight that this is in no way a reflection on Trigglets Estates and the suggestion that we would ever be involved in a 'Shady' deal is utterly refuted. We were quite simply carrying out our duties and responsibilities as a reputable Estate Agent. We would never become involved in 'under the table' deals for the benefit of our business or any other purpose for that matter. We purely acted on the instructions of our vendor who took the decision based purely on their own circumstances to accept an alternative offer. Unfortunately, english conveyancing law allows for a vendor to withdraw from an agreement to sell their home right up to the point of exchange of contracts. GoogleI contacted Trigglets to relet/sell an investment property after the tenants moved out. Steve was fantastic, came straight out to value the property after liaising directly with the tenants and offered helpful advice.
After deciding to sell, I dropped into the office during the marketing process and Madison was very friendly and warmly welcoming. She answered all my questions and was very helpful and happy to spend time with me when deciding on photos etc.
The property attracted a huge amount of interest and the team worked hard to accommodate every viewing going above and beyond to fit these in during evenings.
Rachel was very professional and diligent in managing the whole process from accepting an offer right through to completion. Regularly feeding back with the buyers, chasing solicitors and providing regular updates to me by phone and email.
I couldn’t have asked for a better service and would highly recommend.

We have just bought a house via Trigglets and could not have hoped for a better experience. Throughout the whole process everyone we dealt with was extremely helpful, professional and friendly putting us at ease during those stressful moments and assisting us with anything and everything we could need. We predominantly dealt with Rebecca Parry who I cannot praise enough, whenever we had any concerns or problems we would quickly respond to emails and go over and above to help. But like I said everyone we interacted with was fantastic. On the day of sale they stayed in contact, and when I went to pick up the keys they gave us a box of excellent goodies and vouchers for our new house. Best estate agents I have ever dealt with by far, if we were to sell in the future we would be going through Triggelets.

If it wasn't for Madison, me and my partner wouldn't have known half as much as we did.
She definitely played her part, but she did a lot more than that when it came to not knowing anything from my own solicitor.
I suggest Trigglets, the first time I've used them, but if we were to move, I'd go back to them if the team are half as good as Madison was!
I understand it's a team game, but I cannot speak any higher of Madison. There were answers when you didn't think you would get them. She absolutely nailed it, in turn, so did Trigglets. Thank you.
Do make sure you check the loft in your property as a side note. - I've got to be fair to buyers and sellers.
