I have just sold my house with Trigglets and I can't rate them enough. Half way through my sale I had a really traumatic thing happen in my personal life. Helen was there to help me through. She was patient, understanding but most of all compassionate. I can't thank her enough. These estate agents are not like the others. They are a family run business and treat you like a human being and not a cash cow. Their fees are transparent, competitive with no hidden surprises. I will definitely use them again. Thank you Trigglets.

We lived in one of their properties for…

We lived in one of their properties for over 4 years, and thankfully we have managed to buy our own home. Trigglets has been by far the worse letting agency I have ever dealt with in my life. Their staff are very rude, they don’t ring you back when they say, leaving you to constantly chase them for a response. We had mould in our home and it took Trigglets almost a year to get it sorted, even thought we have a 1 year old. The owner - Steve is also a very arrogant and extremely rude individual, who seems to think he’s the bees knees. He speaks to people in a very degrading manner. They do anything to take your money, even charging high admin fees for just simply renewing the tenancy agreement. They have then taken our full bond/deposit of nearly £600, to re decorate and get the grass cut. Every landlord has to redecorate a property after having a tenant in there for over 4 years. I would advise against letting a property with or through Trigglets at all costs.

Great service from start to completion, more than competitive price for selling my house which was on the market within days of contacting them. Also bought the new house through them. They did a great job of chasing solicitors and all other parties involved, particularly Helen who kept me up date throughout the process. I can throughly recommend this firm.

The estate agent was so lovely & welcoming on our first viewing. She was an excellent “host” and did not follow us like others do. Scammers! Avoid at all costs

David told me the seller would accept my offer, which I made right away. Helen then emailed me to say “congratulations”, the offer was accepted. The next day, they sold the same house to someone else. This isn’t just bad service, it’s shady. It looks like they’re making under the table deals for extra cash. If you’re thinking of working with them, don’t. They don’t respect buyers, and they don’t play fair. I wouldn’t trust them with any property deal.

Amazing! From our first phones call instructing them until completion, we have only ever received the best service from this Company. Nothing is too much trouble, communication is quick and they go above and beyond. I highly recommend anyone to use them. Helen is amazing, nothing is too much trouble and communication is fantastic, emails are answered straight away. Buying and selling is stressful and Helen goes above and beyond to make the experience that bit easier from arranging viewings, providing feedback, neogotations with the buyer, communicating with estate agents and solicitors. Helen actually takes the time to listen to any concerns and worries you may have and nothing is ever too much trouble.

Disappointing service

Steve was friendly and professional, he did a great job at selling Trigglets to us and the house was sold within 10 days of going on the market. Sadly that's where the positives end. What followed was a frustrating 4 months of appalling communication, unreturned phone calls and unanswered emails. We had little, but mostly zero, updates in the after sale, in fact we got more updates from third parties. There were no progress checks, they were unable to give us vital information whilst we were being contacted by outside companies. There was lack of communication with our solicitors which led to unncessary confusion. We discussed our concerns with Steve months ago, he accepted communication hadn't met their standards, yet nothing changed and right up to completion we were left to make our own calls and gain our own updates. It was not the high quality service that was sold to us in the beginning. We would never use these agents again and would definitely not recommend them.
