These guys were really great to work with! After the last letting agents, who let us down so much, it was nice to see these guys restore our faith in letting agents. We had a few delays with decorating but we didn't mind at all! They got us the cutest moving in box to apologise for the delay, it was appreciated.This kind of customer service needs to be recognised and rewarded, specially in these hard times of COVID19. I have only dealt with 1 letting agents before trigglets and they stole my bond, never came out to do repairs promised even while I had a new born, mold and damp!! So I always said I would never go with an agency again.How ever due to unforeseen circumstances I had no choice but to use a agency, now I must admit the faith in an agency has been restored thanks to trigglets. The staff are always on hand to help and deal with your query even if it’s via email or phone. Within hours of needing assistance (plumber, electrics or who ever it is needing to come) they have someone contacting you to come and either repair or look at the problem! No problem was ever a issue, they was simply brilliant and I can’t thank them enough for such a pleasant experience with them. I am sad to now be moving into a bigger property and having to start a new trust process with a new landlord but I would definitely recommend using trigglets to anyone!!Thank you.

GoogleCalled us mid day the day before our viewing to ask us to come earlier but because we couldn’t due to work as we stated when we called to view, they cancelled our viewing, poor planning and communication, if a few more questions was asked we was prepared to put a deposit down for the house too.
Good Afternoon Jordan, it is always disappointing when we receive a one star review, especially when the situation complained about is something not of our doing and out of our control. We had agreed a time scale with the Landlord, who is still resident at the property, to carry out viewings for a full day. Unfortunately the Landlord came back to us earlier today and informed us that his plans had changed and that we could now only carryout viewings on that date up until 4pm. Obviously, this is an inconvenience to both yourself and Trigglets Estates but having received this information from the Landlord we immediately contacted everyone booked in after 4pm to offer our apologies and offer an alternative time earlier that date. Hopefully you can appreciate that we can only take instruction from our Landlord with regards access. With regards to having a deposit for the property, we do not let properties without first meeting any prospective tenants and they have viewed the property. Regards Steve Trigg (Director)

Bought a property from them, was dealt with in a helpful, friendly and professional manner.Our initial enquiry was from France as we were moving back to the U.K. of all the enquires I made with other estate agents they were the first to show genuine interest and willing to help us in our quest to find a property.Throughout the buying process we have been updated. What I have liked is that if they cannot get in touch straight away they email or leave a voice mail after trying my mobile and landline.Everyone in the office are genuinely interested in you and don’t feel that you are just a number. I bought a property advertised with Trigglets Estates. As a first time buyer the whole process of buying a house is daunting. Tirgglets helped make it as easy as possible. They kept in regular contact with myself and my solicitors keeping us all informed of progress allowing a quick completion. They were always on hand and willing to asnswer any questions I had (even after they handed me my keys). I can not recommend Trigglets enough. They are Brilliant!

Really friendly and efficient service. We were shown round a rental property by Rachel who was lovely and answered all of our questions. The next morning we were called by Helen to see what we thought. Helen dealt with our referencing and was really helpful at every step, answering my numerous emails! Really impressed with the service which is friendly and professional, would definitely recommend. The fees are also reasonable, unlike other Lettings agents I have dealt with.

David told me the seller would accept my offer, which I made right away. Helen then emailed me to say “congratulations”, the offer was accepted. The next day, they sold the same house to someone else.

GoogleRented a house for 2 years with a leaky roof and mould problems. They sent shoddy work guys to botch repairs and decoratoring. Upon buying a house we handed notice in. They said house was fine. Their now trying to take 400 out of our 519 bond for decorating the house because the paint works patchy as hell from decorators spot painting over the mould !!! I had 3 sets of draws damaged from the mould. Had to buy a dehumidifier, I had a new born baby. They've increased rent by 125 for new tenants and clearly trying to get us to fork out repairs so the house is even near enough worth the rent their asking!

I’ve rented my property out with trigletts for the last 4 years. All the staff are friendly, professional and go above and beyond to look after your property. I’ve recommended them to many of my friends and family and will continue to. Prior going to trigletts I managed my own property which was stressful and time consuming. Going to trigletts takes that away and they offered reasonable prices for an excellent service 🙂🙂🙂

GooglePossible the worst estate agent I've had the displeasure of dealing with. Kept bond after saying that the hallway carpet had Marks on it. Yeah no sh** its 5 years old. I've spoke to the new tenants and the carpets not even been cleaned let alone replaced. Please avoid and save your self some grief. I never knew why estate agents had a bad name till I rented from these
Good afternoon Simon, we are disappointed to see your review, particularly as it was 6 months since you moved out of the property. Obviously we take very seriously any criticism that suggests we have not got things right. In respect of your comments and observations relating to the carpets I can confirm that the we employed the services of a professional carpet cleaner, but unfortunately it wasn't possible to remove some of the staining, however, the carpets were cleaned and dually paid for against receipt. In respect of the bond, we applied to the DPS for a proportion of your bond to cover cleaning costs as you are aware. The DPS, who are an independent body, felt it reasonable to make the award to the Landlord and made the necessary deductions from your bond before returning the remaining balance to yourselves. Whilst you clearly disagree with the deductions made from your bond I can only stress that we do always endeavour to treat every Tenant and Landlord in an impartial and fair way.
