GoogleI booked in to a view a house to rent with my girlfriend, we arrived at the house on the agreed time confirmed by Helen McCallum on email. No one turned up and when I rang the office to see where they are I was told I was not booked in, to which I replied I have confirmation. The girl on the phone then replied with a lie saying the landlord had taken the property off the market as soon as I said I had it confirmed. The smart thing to do would be to ring your customer and let them know if that’s true, which I very much doubt.
Make your minds up. In future let your customers know you’re bad at your job so we don’t waste our time with you. Hopefully this review helps the next person avoid Trigglets estate agents. Thanks for the waste of my time.

It is always disappointing when we receive a negative and critical review, however, we also appreciate that there is no value in the review process if everyone expects to see ‘happy sheets’.
It is also important that a review, whether good or bad can withstand scrutiny and has been written by the author without prejudice and/or a hidden agenda.
It is also worthy of noting that Georgia appears to have penned one other Trustpilot review coincidentally with a one star rating.
We offer a very competitive ‘No Sale No Fee’ pricing structure which has resulted in many very satisfied customers as evidenced in all our many 5 star reviews.
What is NOT mentioned in this review is the fact that within a week of marketing Georgia home we had arranged 21 viewings, which Georgia chose the carry out herself, (although our fee includes accompanied viewings at no additional cost). This resulted in 8 offers on the property and we negotiated a final sale price £15K over the asking price.
Yes we did double book two potential buyers who turned up at the property at the same time, but we did speak about this and apologised for the honest mistake. (After all we are all human!).
I did discuss the sale of the property with Georgia, who thought that we shouldn’t charge her any fee, which was clearly her agenda from the outset.
I hope the many current and potential customers have the wisdom to see through the motives of this review and can make up their own minds as to the integrity of this author!
