GoogleIt is not all true what people say about estate agents, there are some genuine estate agents (especially the family run ones) who do offer a personal service like Whitlock & Heaps. I used Whitlock & Heaps and found them completely honest and responsive. Communication was excellent throughout the process and was always kept in the loop throughout. I am not local and this did not matter as the estate agent did everything that needed to be done to ensure a good personal service which is rare these days. Thank you Whitlock & Heaps for reassuring me throughout the process.

GoogleWhitlock and Heaps acted for us on the sale of our property in Hove. We were so impressed by the whole team. From the first initial meeting with Jack to discuss valuation and marketing, right through to the viewings and the feedback we received after these from either Jack, Peter, or Edward, it was a great experience and we would not hesitate to recommend them. The chain we were in became quite tricky towards the end, especially as we were trying to complete throughout the January lockdown, and Jack worked tirelessly with the estate agents above - and solicitors above and below in the chain - to try to resolve matters that were holding things up at the top of our chain. He was also incredibly supportive and reassuring to our own purchasers who were really keen to finalise the sale and be able to move as soon as possible, which really helped to hold the chain together. Whenever I contacted the office, if I wasn’t able to speak to Jack directly at that moment because he was out, he would always get back to me extremely speedily. I had many very long conversations with the team and felt nothing was too much trouble. They made what was quite a complicated and difficult buying and selling process due to the chain we were in as smooth and easy as it could be. GoogleJack and the rest of the team did an excellent job in renting out our property for over 5 years. From finding good tenants to dealing with any maintenance issues, they were very responsive and quick, making our life much easier. When we've decided to sell the property, Jack guided us through the process with constant advice and updates, provided us feedback from viewings, and answered quickly to any enquiries until the sale completion. I would definitely recommend them.

GoogleWe cannot fault the service at Whitlock and Heaps. We have been dealing with Jack over the last few months and nothing has been too much trouble, he has been so helpful and informative. He has helped us immensely in our journey. He was recommended to us by a friend and I would without a doubt recommend Whitlock and Heaps to anyone looking for a genuine estate agent.

As there tenant I can speak very highly of them, Over the years when issues have arisen they have been dealt with a understanding and efficient manner. I have got to know the family personally and they are genuinely lovely people and are always happy to help. I am very lucky have such a great estate agents, 100% the best. GoogleI've rented over 10 properties in the last 12 years in Brighton (the woes of renting in a city) and rented from multiple different estate agents including the largest chain agents in the city. Whitlock & Heaps are by far and away the best agent that we have ever rented from, without a doubt. The staff are all super friendly, super supportive and anything that you need fixed will be attended to immediately. They take really good care of their properties and tenants, and don't try to screw you out of any money when returning your deposit (ive got the full deposit returned twice now! Almost unheard of in Brighton...) I would 100% recommend this agent, and should I return to Brighton will without doubt contact W&H for anything property related. They deserve more recognition for their great service. 10/10
