In my 20 years renting in Brighton and Hove they are hands down the best I've come across. Would totally recommend if you want to rent from an agent's who are responsive, helpful and flexible rather than the usual experience of renting in Brighton and Hove. GoogleWe have been clients of Whitlock and Heaps for over 4 years. Over that time, we have been impressed by the friendliness, reliability and the efficiency of their staff. Whenever we have had issues with tenants or repairs to our properties, we have always been able to ask for advice, and the matter was dealt with speedily to our satisfaction. Whitlock and Heaps are an excellent family run business, and we have no hesitation in recommending them to other landlords.

GoogleAfter buying through Whitlock and Heaps a few years ago and finding them very friendly and helpful, when we decided to move we went straight back to them. They have been brilliant during the sale of our house, such a lovely friendly team, a pleasure to communicate with. When we had our purchase fall through they kept our buyers reassured and chased solicitors on our behalf when we found another property helping everything to go through nice and quickly. Small, family run business so you don't get saturday staff with zero knowledge / interest showing people your property. We sold though them, they managed the process fantastically - now other neighbours and friends are all using them and saying the same

They were always very professional, knowledgeable and helpful, even when the sale dragged on for what felt like an eternity.
