Jack at Whitlock & Heaps acted for us on the sale of our house. He was excellent - always contactable, proactive and clearly knows his stuff and the local market. Our sale was part of quite a complex chain with around 7 properties and various deadlines. I really don't believe the entire chain would have completed without Jack being on top of it, constantly chasing other sellers, agents and conveyancers and keeping us in the loop with what was going on. This is where you really benefit from an agent like Jack who adds a lot of value between a sale being agreed and exchange (whereas my prior experience is of estate agents switching off and being harder to get hold of as soon as the sale is agreed). On the original sale aspect, everything went smoothly - pictures and advert were great and I also thought Jack and team handled viewings and offers really well, with a clear focus on maximising the sale price. If we were to sell again in the future, I would certainly come back to Jack and Whitlock & Heaps.
