It's fair to say that I've had more than my fair share of challenges with firstly Alliance property management and then Urbanbubble for my apartment in Manhattan but I must praise the services of Adeeb Ahmed who has been a star. Adeeb is the only person who has consistently provided great service, communicated promptly and tried his best to resolve all issues. I'm incredibly grateful for his help and hope that Urbanbubble can bring in more people like Adeeb. Many thanks for your help Adeeb, it's very much appreciated!

Myat from Letting Property Management

I am a leaseholder at Local Crescent and my apartment has been managed by Myat of letting property management team. She has been very helpful in managing the property throughout the tenancies and very responsive to my calls and emails which gives me peace of mind as a remote landlord. The reason for the 3 stars is that I wished that Urbanbubble managed Local Crescent as a whole at the same level... The development itself is very lovely. It's a shame that we were having a lot of building management issues. I hope they can help with a smooth transition of management to the new management company. Anyway, great thanks to Myat!

Extraordinary services have been recieved from Adeeb. Consecutively, he is on the top of things whilst dealing with my tenants who are so being difficult for past couple of months. facing the prospect of being homeless due to the irresponsible behaviour of your team

Due to the irresponsible behaviour of your team, we are now facing the prospect of being homeless and being forced to pay for expensive hotel accommodation.I started renting an apartment a month ago at The Goods Yard JQ in Birmingham. Over the past month, the leasing team, particularly Tomi and Nadine, have repeatedly delayed the process, leaving us with insufficient time to complete the international transfer (we made the transfer on time, but the staff continuously informed us that the payment had not been received). I have contacted the leasing team multiple times during business hours to resolve the issue, but the receptionist always tells me that Tomi is unavailable. For the entire month, I have consistently sent WhatsApp messages and made phone calls to follow up, yet even the tasks that were promised to be completed on time have been indefinitely delayed.Today is the last working day before the tenancy starts, yet the leasing process remains incomplete, despite half of the rent already being received, and we have provided the proof of transfer for the remaining amount. Nadine, the leasing team member who answered my call today, promised to send the contract, but she is not responding to messages on WhatsApp, as she did in the past whole month.Due to the irresponsible behaviour of your team, we are now facing the prospect of being homeless and being forced to pay for expensive hotel accommodation.

Awful management

I was given a parking ticket by a PPC that urban bubble and one canalside employ after I arrived back at 2am in the dark from work in the first couple of days of living here. I had paid for parking but I was not given a permit by management as they didn’t bother to retrieve this from the former tenant and didn’t advise me that it was required. I had already paid for the parking space and the car park is for the use of residents who have paid the appropriate fee and it can only be accessed through a gate by using a fob. Given this I contacted the management team at OCS confident that they would resolve this as it was their incompetence that lead me to receive the parking fine for a space that I was entitled to park in and had paid for already. To my surprise and disappointment management have dismissed helping me for 6 months without care and have said that there’s nothing they can do to help me have allowed it to get to the stage that debt collection agencies have been bombarding me. There is nothing in the parking licence about a requirement to display a permit or adhere to any third party contractual terms.The use of PPC to monitor parking seems to purely be a way to entrap users who already have permission and have paid the fee. Please be warned.

The best agent in the UK

Adeeb has been more than amazing. He really understands customer care. With the service we have received from adeeb throughout our tenancy it is clear that this agent does not do his job just for the money aspect but he genuinely has a kind heart and considers the tenants needs. He is also fair and has liased between us as tenants and the landlord fairly. He has been transparent and trustworthy. I hope one day I will have the opportunity to put a face to the name.
