GoogleUnfortunately I can only award Trumans five stars. I cannot say too many good things about these guys. They were recommended to me after another estate agent let me down. Truemans not only got multiple offers, but the successful offer was 20% higher than the previous agent had achieved. The commission was higher, but this was more than compensated for by the higher offer. Nice people who play a straight bat and deliver the goods.

GoogleI have just let my flat on a short term basis and from the start I felt very comfortable dealing with Oliver at Truemans. He is experienced, knowledgeable , truthful and professional and gave me full confidence to fully trust in Truemans services. His communication was always spot on, no waffling, just clear, honest recommendations. Would recommend to anyone wanting a superior letting agents service in Brighton & Hove.

GoogleI recently moved after previously having very stressful unorganised moves from other estate agents, I came to Truman’s and had Oliver as my lettings agent, he was amazing! This process couldn’t have been any smoother or quicker. He made everything easy, extremely fast helpful responses. Cant thank him enough! Highly recommend going to Truman’s!

GoogleMy partner and I didn’t have the easiest journey due to the housing market crisis and high demand from buyers during the pandemic. However, working with Trueman’s was great! They were easy to get hold off, replied quickly and gave great advice. In the end, we were able to get a fantastic price for our flat!

GoogleWhilst house hunting, we bumped quite by chance into Sam who happened to be about to put a house on the market the following day.. We struck up a conversation which resulted in us viewing the house. We loved it and put an offer in the same day. Sam.negotiated for us and the deal was done within two hours.
