GoogleMy wife was dealing with all aspects of our house move and Weatherill were the agents of our vendors and not our agents. I was surprised about the amount of contact they had with us during the whole process considering they did not need to contact us and how much this slowed down the move and made it more stressful than it should have been. I listened in to a couple of phone calls between Kevin and my wife and was shocked at his attitude towards her, this quickly changed once I regularly took part in the calls. Kevins communication methods seem to be provoking conflict between us and our own agents, we felt belittled by his advice that we never even asked for and were constantly on edge as we might get a phone call at any point in the day or evening. I can see that there are many 1 star reviews saying the same things. Its disappointing that these issues have not been addressed on the basis of mass agreement. ****REPLY TO RESONSE BELOW**** Our move went ahead despite the unsolicited 'expertise' that was forced upon us through frequent phone calls. I need to emphasise that you were not our agents. You had no business calling us directly. Its obvious that you will continue to bury your heads in the sand regarding Kevins attitude and people skills especially regarding females. Its irrelevant that 75% of the staff are female and therefore I'm wrong and clearly all the other reviews that agree with mine are probably also wrong. Kevin, you have passion and knowledge and I think you really care about what you do I can see that but please just listen to the bad reviews and make something amazing happen as a result. Thats me done. This is no longer my issue. It needn't be an issue for you guys either with just a couple of tweaks here and there. I wish you all the best.
Rich thank you for your review. We take such things very seriously indeed. Our office is made up of 75% female staff and to suggest Kevin is anything other than a perfect Gentlemen is grossly unfair. We would go as far as to say that your move may not have happened had you and your wife not been able to rely on our experience and expertise throughout. To be critical of too much contact seems somewhat ubsurd. Yes there were ups and downs , there always are in any sale and purchase. Even after the move , and rightly so , you were greatly helped by our outgoing sellers and our staff here at Weatherills , going the extra mile in doing so. Meantime we wish you well and hope you have a nice Christmas in your new home.

GoogleWe pulled out of a purchase today because Kevin decided not forward our revised offer onto the seller after we provided him with findings of our survey. He practically called our surveyor a liar. I found Kevin to be rude, shouty and patronising, not something you would expect from someone of "51 years of age"...which is something he kept barking at me over the phone when I suggested it wasn't ethical and against the code of practice for him to have not forwarded our revised offer onto the seller for 2 days.
Hi Tracey i rarely have cause to go public with such things but your unfair and unjust review has left me seething....Your "Revised" offer was never going to be well received by our clients , therefore taking my time to strategise was in everyones best interests , including yours. Revising your offer by over £75,000 was ultimately disrespectful and without merit. Estate Agents are easy targets , so why not "Shoot the messenger" Incidentally our sellers are so taken aback by your cander , they have kindly offer to provide a 5 star google review for us by way of a counter to your unprovoked attack.

GoogleFollowing the breakdown of trust with another agent we met Kevin Weatherill and engaged his services to sell our property. We had previously met Emma and Jacob when viewing properties and were impressed by their friendly manner and professional attitude. We soon realised every member of Kevin’s team were similarly motivated to ensure the selling or buying process ran smoothly. The attention to detail given to monitoring and advising of any potential problems with the chain was reassuring. Details of the chain were supplied and any alterations updated. Telephone calls and emails were always answered promptly with any queries quickly resolved. We would have no hesitation recommending Weatherill Property Group.

GoogleI was deeply dismayed by Kevin's attitude and his persistent habit of offering unsolicited advice. To make matters worse, he condescendingly remarked that I was 'spending my partner's money.' His communication style was belittling, and as a result, I have decided not to pursue any further business dealings with him. I can't help but wonder if this is due to my gender, as his behavior seems like a clear case of mansplaining. Avoid this place like the plague
Thank you for your review Sarah. I fear you have the wrong end of the stick rather. Our office is made up of 75% female staff and we all think he is great. Kevin would simply not get away with a negative attitude towards women. Therefore your points are without substance. Added to the fact the point he made about "Having some fun with your buyers money" was designed to add some fun and context to your house hunting experience across the whole city. Nothing more , nothing less. In the meantime we hope you have now moved and that you are enjoying your new home , wherever that may be.
