We first discovered Weatherhill property when viewing some houses they were selling. Kevin was very knowledgable and easy to talk to,our conversations with him helped us reach the decision to put our house on the market. The Team provided a personable and professional service,each member of staff viewed our property before viewings commenced so they were familiar with it. They were respectful when booking viewings to try keep disruption minimal. Once we sold our property stc (very quickly!),Emma was communicative throughout the sale and remained positive and patient when he hit some delays. We are glad we trusted Weatherhill with our property and would recommend them to others.

I had a really positive experience buying my property through Weatherhill. From the very beginning, they were incredibly helpful, easy to approach and genuinely down to earth. Mine was a rather long and protracted sale (about 8 months or so) and purchase due to being in the middle of a chain and the bottom of the chain dropping out 3 times - but we got there in the end! Emma was understanding and persuaded me not to give up. During the viewing we were provided with info about the area that helped us make a confident offer, and we were able to view multiple times. During our first chat, it was clear that he offered good advice based on solid experience and knowledge. We soon had lots of viewings followed by a successful sale. WPG is fantastic. We recently sold our flat with them (which was very straightforward) but we were in a complicated situation trying to sell a second property in Devon in order to fund our onward move. Kevin went above and beyond providing professional support and guidance on how to manage the situation. I genuinely feel that the Devon sale would not have completed if it wasn't for Kevin. With regards to the sale of our flat, we dealt mostly with Emma who is really lovely and friendly while also being very competent. I always felt in safe hands with her. I saw a house online and fell for it! I took my husband along to view it with Kevin, and announced that it just had to happen… I could feel it in my bones! It wasn’t straightforward at all, and it required the team to market and sell our property at short notice… but Kevin went above and beyond to make it happen for us.
