GoogleWe started out with a different estate agent and had a miserable and stressful few months, in fact we were on the verge of giving up. We'd been subjected to a merry-go-round of constant casual viewers, bad communication and no offers. Over 50 views. We were extremely worn down by this. We decided to take one last shot and switched to Weatherill. Hands down the best choice we could have made. They sold our house within one weekend. Kevin and Emma are professional, experienced, organised and really knowledgeable. We put everything in their hands and it paid off. I highly highly recommend them. We cannot thank them enough for getting us safely and competently into our new home with minimum stress. Their expertise is evinced by the number of Weatherill 'sold' boards around here. Please use them, you won't regret it.

GoogleKevin and Linda Weatherill are the utmost examples of what estate agents should be like. Their wealth of local knowledge and personalised advice is priceless, if they recommend something, trust them! Their professionalism is second to none, with prompt communication, transparency, and genuine friendliness to top it all! Having dealt with many estate agents in the past, we struggled to find a good one until we advertised our house with them. They have a close-knit, long-standing team that doesn’t constantly change, and that speaks for itself. We recommend Weatherill 100%.

GoogleThese agents represented the vendor on a recent purchase of ours. Emma their estate agent was their saving grace. She worked hard to progress the sale, communicated well with both parties and was a pleasure to deal with. Giving a 1/5 stars as their director Kevin was rude, patronising and all to quick to tell me how experienced he was in the industry and well know in Brighton and Hove. Bit embarrassing really. He also had to be asked not to call my wife again after he made a point to phone her up and be overly aggressive and patronising when she was simply trying to progress the sale and get an update. Best to avoid if you want a cool, calm approach to what is a typically high pressure situation. Put an unfortunate stain on what would have been a great service from Emma.

GoogleWould definitely recommend Weatherill if you are selling a property in the area. We haven't actually ended up selling with them only because we are selling back to the council but throughout the process of our flat being on the market with them they have been great. I think with them being a small team, you feel well looked after and that each person knows about your property. We valued their honesty, genuineness and friendliness!

From showing me around in a fun upbeat and knowledgeable manner, to being organised with fantastic communication and being available to ask anything at anytime when I went to buy with them, I've been very happy with everyone there! I'd give them 11/10! I strongly recommend using their services.

GoogleWe moved using WPG last year and would thoroughly recommend their services. They were professional, friendly, responsive and proactive which all helped our deal go through in a crazy seven weeks at the height of the stamp duty holiday period coming to an end. We dealt with Kevin mostly and he and his team met our expectations throughout the process. Kevin was refreshingly honest in his guidance sometimes telling me what I didn’t want to hear, but needed to hear. This felt a little uncomfortable at the time but on reflection was very necessary and really helped our transaction progress. Thank you to everyone at WPG. our first year and a bit in our new home has been fantastic and we couldn’t have done it without you.

GoogleWPG organised the sale of our house and the purchase of a bungalow. From the date of offers being accepted to our moving in day was 11 weeks. Yes, there was a small chain but Emma, Julie, Linda and Kevin all helped the process along quickly. We have now moved house 7 times and this was by far the least stressful. The team were all very friendly, helpful and timely in their responses to any queries we had. A big thank you to all of them 😁.

GoogleWe recently purchased a hosue through Weatherill and they were fabulous from start to finish. Both Emma and Kevin were always available to move things along and without their hard work and professionalism, we would not have completed. They were always chasing solicitors, keeping everyone informed and updated. I cannot recommend them highly enough - adbsolutely brilliant.
