We bought a house as first time buyers through the Weatherill property group. We had such a good experience with them. It was the stamp duty holiday so everyone was trying to complete by the deadline and Kevin spoke to us every day for weeks to ensure we got this sorted, found us a brilliant solicitor, helped when our mortgage fell through. We were delighted with our experience with Weathertill's. Over the years we have sold several properties and it has proved to be a stressful and often difficult experience. This time it was completely different. Yes, there were problems - we did lose one buyer and, of course, that was upsetting. The WPS team worked really hard to reassure us and to find new prospective buyers who appeared as if by magic.. Linda, Kevin and Emma are professional and caring and this is a difficult balance to achieve. They make time to support you when the process seems interminable and are always buoyant. I have given this company 5 stars PURELY for the amazing Emma at this company. If it wasnt for her then i would have scored much lower. My house was obviously over valued by Kevin, which meant we got our hopes up for forward purchase and they got the business. Later realised it wasnt anywhere near the valuation but was then tied in to contract. Had several issues but continued with them, only because of Emma.
