GoogleOverall a positive experience purchasing through Wetherill. They really helped push everyone in the chain along to ensure we were in our new home in good time before our second child arrived. Good communication throughout the process and always helpful whenever we had queries.

GoogleKevin Weatherill is an arrogant and rude man who should not work with the public. During our offer process, he was adamant we did not have enough of a deposit, without asking us a single question about how much we had or what we do for work. Its a clear case of discrimination. Do yourself a favour, especially if you are a woman, and avoid this “business” at all costs!

We have reviewed our data protection policy and security systems. As a result of which we cannot find you and have no idea as to who you are or might purport to be. Anyone who makes an offer on one of our properties is subject to a strict qualification procedure and a pattern of due diligence. We are duty bound and legally obliged to protect our customers ( Sellers ) we require proof of funds , I D and solicitors details before any sale is ever agreed to any given buyer. We would like to invite you to call us. Assuming you decide against doing so , we have little no choice but to assume you are either fake or serial negative reviewer.
